Because the email mentioned UKVI complainants' requirements, I'm guessing it's from them.

The rule is from UKVI; they're probably making a lot of changes and want to ensure there are few applications with these new rules.

I don't have all your answers; it seems you're asking for the second time, so I'll try my best to reply.

1. You can't bring a dependent if it isn't MRES.
2. I can't be sure, maybe check your proof of funds and ensure all your documents are correct.
3. Visa interviews are random and at the discretion of the visa officer handling your case, so just prepare.
4. I can't answer this either. Wishing you the best and just be prepared in case of an interview or anything.

Use dollar cards, those apps like Chipper, Grey or ask someone outside nigeria to pay for you.

Most schools increased their school fees and this naija exchange rate isn't smiling at all . May God help us as we apply again.

What schools are offering the cheapest Msc because the lowest I have seen with scholarship is about 6,000 (University of Turku). This exchange rate isn't making thing easy at all.

I doubt if any masters course is open on this application. You can apply to master's courses by december.

The fees available for this application period is 8k and 11k euro with no scholarship, that's quite on the high side, I don't think I'll be applying because I won't be able to afford such fees.
