Mhen, I notice that APC & PDP have no respect or regard for any Southern traditional leader nor Elder Statesman. They easily use them for caricature.

Despite the Emir of Daura Katsina is openly supporting PDP, no member of the APC has openly attacked the Emir. Now, compare with their southern counterpart.

All INEC have to do if the Presidency is sincere for a free and fair election.

INEC should partner with CBN & Presidency to set up a financial policy that will impose a restriction on cash withdrawal of a certain amount of money from the bank or process a certain limit of transaction only with the Voter's Card - VIN. Come up with a reward benefit system for only those with voters card. In just two weeks, the rate PVC collection will skyrocket.
