I don't want to be checking up on every random discussion my man is having with his ex. He doesn't have to be reporting to me. That's what trust is about. But if he sees her, I'd want to know what the meeting was about and I'd take whatever he says.

Let me give you an instance of harmless privacy. So, let's say I'm still in communication with my ex. Because we've got history together, there'll be times when some events from the past would be topics of discussion, fond memories perhaps. If my current boyfriend sees such, he might begin to feel unnecessarily insecure. Now, those conversations don't mean anything, but his feelings of insecurity may cause ruptures in our relationship.

I understand though, that people and situations differ. There are grounds when it is totally necesaary to discontinue communications with an ex. Every man to his kettle of fish.

I believe that priority should be given to the current partner & not an EX. If the partner is fine with it, then that's different

If any situation causes negative feelings e.g insecurity..to your partner, I'd expect that you'd avoid it (even if it means cutting communication with an EX) because you love him and wouldn't want him feeling that way.

My dad has been in the hospital for a while. While taking care of him (my mum and i), we usually see a young boy in the same ward, who seemed abandoned.

We've never seen anyone come to visit this boy, neither does he have any medical supplies, so the nurses don't bother with him.

My mom told me she felt moved to sow a seed in his life and thus she bought all his prescribed medical supplies worth #13,120. Now the money may be small, but i belive that this has gone a long way in the life of this boy, more than paying money to a church ever will.

I hope people can emulate this and help out others more.
