The only clan that possibly gave him a hard time is the Uchiha clan. He'd researched (read) about them but getting a functional,breathing lab rat to work with backfired(see sasuke) and oh, he did try to become besties with Itachi but we know how that played out.

Maybe, just maybe he figured "If i can't get a living Uchiha to be my container/vessel (Sasuke), why don't i figure Madara out, have him worked on, put a seal on him&control* him)?"

Madara on the other part is no tool(read as f00l), he beat edo-tensei mass rapture, it won't take him time to figure out he's being manipulated (if truly there's a cursed seal on him).

Yes i agree with you, Orichimaru even seemed to have surpassed the 3rd long before he was caught with his rogue experiments in Konoha. I also believe that Orichimaru's obsession with the uchiha brothers stemmed from greed and the desire for the power of the Sharingan. Since Uchiha Madara was revealed to be part of Orichi's experiments, i'd say Orichi began working on him a long time ago and it would coincide with when he started working on the 1st Hokage's dna and cells as well...Probably with the main agenda of figuring out how to get Madara back to his prime as he was before death..( Just my Theory )

This gives the whole plot a new twist; Oro is alive(or part of him) and Sas'ke will "probably" see him (maybe not in his REAL form). This raises the question:
Are those "sealed" in ANY form/way REALLY sealed for good? - Sas'ke said it was impossible for Oro to vanish like that.
If yes; Then explain to me why Minato was summoned and why Orochimaru still exists.
If no; What REALLY is the point of the death-god technique/sealing technique?

Yes really interesting questions you're asking here...

It would have been fathomable that Sasuke would still know where a bit of Orochimaru that wasn't sealed by Itachi was and attempted to communicate through it, but Minato been summoned screams bad writing on Kishimoto's part or the death-god sealing technique isn't really as powerful as it seemed...Hence there's a chance Naruto could completely recover the other half of the 9 tail's chakra that was sealed as well.

I actually thought Kishi put little to no thought concerning this week's chapter and it was rather slow...Nothing we don't already know, well except for that "Mysterious" scroll which i predict offers an extensive explanation about the relationship between Tobi and Uchiha Madara or whatever ever it is they have planned.
Don't forget Naruto still has Tobi to deal with before even fighting Madara, but it looks like all 4 will end up together at sum point.

About Naruto's refusing to let up the Kyuubi, isn't there a probability Madara could control them both? Naruto still has no experience against and is extremely weak against Genjutsu.

After several extensive research on the best isp to buy I can not boldly say that Swift 4G is d best in speed and what really blew me away about their service is that I live around College rd/Iju rd area where it is almost impossible for any network provider to work. [b]2. We see clues to this effect when Tobi tells Konan he gave Nagato the Rinnegan and when Tobi complains angrily that the Rinne Tensei Nagato used to resurrect the dead Konoha folks was supposed to have been used on him.
Also when Madara was Edo Tensei'd back into existence, his first assumption was that Nagato had finally grown up.

3. Since Tobi was present when Nagato was still a child, it's also fairly obvious that Tobi can't be Obito.

4. The 9 tails recognized Tobi's sharingan as that of Uchiha Madara's...likely Madara created Tobi and gave him his memories and his sharingan before he died. Certainly Tobi knows things from the uchiha scroll that could only have been read with a Rinnegan...and Tobi uses only a sharingan.

One of a kind analysis you have here and I'm sure you'll have a hard time finding facts to support your theory.

In short, obito cannot be a physical container for Tobi.
