Yes it's out. I've picked it. What I picked was my sealed medical report addressed to the Consular Officer and my X-Ray Report which was in a CD.

Did my medicals today. Will update you guys how it went here:

I chose to use Qlife because they were the only ones that replied me when I sent enquiry mails to the two hospitals. I got there around 6:45am, wrote my name with the Security Guard (very important) and then went back to my car.

At some minutes past 8am, they then called us in.

Please make sure you take a 4 by 3 passport photographs (5 copies), it's way smaller than the conventional 2 by 2 passport stipulated by the US Embassy. Also go with your appointment letter and the email printout from NVC that has your Case Number. Also you will need your international passport, 2 photocopies of your data page, immunization records (if you have) and of course, your ATM card.

You will undergo X-ray to screen for tuberculosis, your blood will be drawn to test for syphilis, you will be vaccinated with IPV, MMR and TT, those will protect you from polio, mumps, rubella, tetanus, etc. Your blood pressure, weight and height (BMI) will be measured. The Doctor will then examine you after taking your medical history. Your urine sample will also be taken.

It took me a little over 2 hours. I was done around 10:30am or thereabout

It's quite an extensive procedure and the result comes out in 2 weeks time, I'm told.

I guess this should help someone out there.

Guys here are just looking for excuses. it is possible we play 352 and still lose. we lost that game because of two mistake goals aside that we did very well. we made it difficult for them with the caliber of midfielders they possessed they could not create clear cut chances we were simply unlucky.
This world cup shows how difficult it is to score goals. Germany that is known for goals could not score yesterday even Brazil could not create clear chances to score they scored through the brilliance of Coutiho. what of Argentina? even spain could not use their smooth passes to score they relied on the individual doggedness of costa, even Portugal was more of the brilliance of Ronaldo. what of France, Uruguay with cavani and Suarez?
My point is teams are becoming more technical this is where you need players who would create something special, we need to make good use of our set pieces they may make the difference because most teams are now very cautious.

Mikel is still our creative hub alongside Iwobi... That is a fact.

The best option I expect anyone to tell me is to move Mikel to CM while Iwobi plays AM and we can have a true discussion because I am also (as an option) for a Ndidi-Mikel-Iwobi midfield against Iceland with Iheanacho and Moses up top.
We need to break down that Icelandic Juggernaut wall.

Actually it is not nothing, I expect the Eagles to improve very much against Iceland and I won't be surprised if we win that game. Nigeria has a knack of always starting poorly in major tournaments but improve as the tournament goes on, just like in the last world cup when we drew Iran but ended up defeating Poland.

I don't know if Rohr didn't learn anything from the friendlies. Play 3-5-2, pair Mikel with Ndidi, play Iwobi in the number 10 role, pair Iheanacho with Ighalo upfront. How is this simple too difficult to understand or execute?

Ighalo has never been a modern day striker who takes on players one on one. A bad midfield exposes his laziness. He is not consistent. If we have to do well in this 2018 world cup, it will be majorly from the midfield and defence. In a good team, anybody should be able to score. That's why the Super Eagles team that played the 2018 world cup qualify are better than this current world cup team yet same crop of players. The problem is obviously from the Technical crew

Ohhh... Madam Next level... thanks ma'am. Really have been so hooked but I was definitely following all the action surrounding our team. This team will surprise in Russia. We showed guts at Wembley and the addition of an Ndidi will shut out the mess Onazi and Joel brought.

I feel Onazi should not be starting games anymore. But I am not Rohr. If Onazi must start, plsss and plsss.. never again pair him with Joel Obi unless both step things up and show their pairing can work. Bit until then, No more. It was an eyesore to behold.
