d current fx policy will continue to hamper growth and investment but eventually market will surely have its way.

Remember the Abacha era, Govt also kept a similar policy, official rate or peg was N20/$ and after much pressure (like we are seeing now) govt introduced a Dual Fx system by creating d autonomous market where bank rate was trading around N85/$ . (Black market was much higher than bank rate). You can almost see the same thing happening all over again.
