Let me clarify. You got an email of breach or violation of a rule. You did not exploit the channels of communication to seek specific reason your account was terminted. That is your right. You paid for it. You held on to only that email. That doesn't make sense. In your shoes, I would take up the matter with them through correspondence. I would need specific explanation that justified their suspension of my account, and make my conclusion after that. I'm sorry you lost the account but there is a procedure to doing things.
