Which Fast? Fast (Lent) that everybody will be eating up and down as if it's never exist.
Moreover, Christian Fast is not unite, Lent is for Catholic, Redeem has different date for their Fast, Winners different date, mountain of fire different date
I'm not into organized religion however fasting in the Christian faith is an individual thing,it is said in the bible that when fasting you must rub more oil on your head and smile more so that nobody knows you are fasting unless you decide to tell them voluntarily, fasting is between you and God turning it into a general public holiday negates the principle of fasting which is self discipline,it is when people are eating left right and centre and u can discipline yourself to follow through your decision to fast that makes the fasting worthy, turning the city to a ghost town because the people of a religious faith are fasting reeks of weakness.

Where do you get your fact that SA, UAE do not shut than the school. Not only Schools, businesses were also shut down or partially operate even in their oil exploration.

I don't really understand reason CAN is showing they are bigot and they are always anti Islam instead of peaceful coexistence.

In December all School will shut down to celebrate Xmas. On Sunday there is holiday for Christian to go to church. Yes it's British culture which was impose on us, but they should know Muslims also need time for their religions purposes.

Go to many countries, such as India, China, namely, Belgium they get long holidays for their special festivals and religion activities
Oh well I know for a fact and I'm very sure of the fact that schools are not closed during Ramadan in the UAE,work and school schedules were adjusted,if the UK announces tomorrow that schools will be closed all through the Lenten season, will that be fine with Muslims in the UK?

In a true democracy the senate president has no right whatsoever to order a senator out of the chamber except the Senator is being disruptive.
I'm not a fan of Akpabio but in this case he has done nothing wrong, she notified the SP of her reading and it was over ruled by the SP because she was not in her rightful seat in the chamber(I guess) which can be a prerequisite for her reading to be overruled.

She then proceeded to read the SP the standing rules of the chamber to remind the SP of her rights as a member however that is akin to campaign after election, she was approached by the Chief whip but she ignored him and also approached by the sergeant at arms of the Senate and other colleagues but she ignored them, that alone is a breach of conduct hence the SP reserves the right to have her walked out of the chambers to restore it's sanity.

Same thing would have happened in any legislative chamber in the world devoid of bias, however ladies do get easily agitated and feel cheated when things go their way with male colleagues in all fields of life or perhaps it's just her time of the month lol

Under the eyes of the law it’s not the same Offence,Okoya sprayed the Naira,VDM tagged EFCC to arrest the culprit, the culprit tendered a public apology, afterwards the culprit was invited by the EFCC to their office, that’s all I know that happened in the case to the best of my knowledge, however it’s a civil case and there are chances civil cases can be settled by plea bargain without having to go to court.

In the other case, the culprit allegedly mutilated the Naira, took pictures of it,tagged the EFCC saying he is now Okoya and daring the law enforcement agency to come for him,he wants to be a whistle blower and the moral police of the EFCC at the same time,if he feels justice wasn’t served in the Okoya saga he is free to petition the EFCC and take Okoya to court, this is a needless braggado of ignorance in display.

If EFCC drag him now he will shout oppression of the weak when he could have used the same energy to drag the Okoya and EFCC to court if he perceives any foul play.the EFCC does not owe him any explanation on the case or the case of any other individual except if requested for by through the appropriate channels.

This is Akin to this scenario,Capitol Hill rioters were jailed during the Biden administration in the U.S,Trump came in and gave them all the riot convicts presidential pardons, imagine Biden supporters now staging a Anti Trump immigration policy riot to the Capital hill tagging Trump while at it and calling themselves Trump pardoned rioters, the guess of their fate with law enforcement agents in the US is as good as mine.

PoliticsRe: Kemi Badenoch - A case study in inferiority complex by neyobills:
Nnamdipapa:
Guys, I want you to cut this woman some slack, and I’ll explain what’s going on with her and why she is the way she is, based on my experience.

I have worked with white people, Africans, and immigrants from other countries for the past 16 years. Each time, I’ve always preferred having a white boss when working abroad over other immigrants.

Hear me out, people, before you come for my neck with a noose. I like working with everyone, but I prefer having a white boss when I’m abroad.

My experience with African bosses is that they tend to overdo things. They push you harder to justify to their superiors that they deserve the position.
It’s almost like a form of inferiority complex. They tend to push harder than other teams to prove themselves and validate their positions.

I’ve worked with Black people, North Africans, and Lebanese individuals, and the case is the same. People from developing countries, when given positions of authority abroad, often work harder than their white counterparts to prove they’re just as capable.
Meanwhile, their white counterparts are usually more relaxed and confident, not feeling the need to prove anything.

Now, let’s talk about Kemi—a Black African woman in a leadership position never before occupied by any Black person in a predominantly white country. She will consciously or unconsciously try to overwork or take extreme measures to prove herself to the white people who hold power in their country.

In the coming days, Kemi will likely take tougher stances against minority groups as an attempt to distance herself from other Black people and immigrants, trying to prove her loyalty and competence to her superiors. She’s essentially screaming:
"Hey, guys, I’m close to the whites!"
"I’m not like those other Black people!"
"I work harder and better than them!"
"I’m even married to a white person!"
"Look, my kids are biracial—I’m not like other Black people or immigrants!"

It can come across as virtue signaling and may resemble the proverbial “Uncle Tom” behavior.

I’ve observed similar patterns among Africans who hold leadership positions in predominantly white countries. They often come down harder on fellow immigrants working under them.

But do you know what white people think of these individuals? The same as they think of Africans back in Africa.

Kemi is making all these outlandish statements to prove to white people that she’s different from other immigrants. But eventually, she’ll be removed from that position and will never become the Prime Minister of the UK.
In fact, the main reason her party lost is because many people in the UK dislike having immigrants as leaders.

The UK dislikes the Labour Party so much, yet they would still prefer a Labour candidate over someone like Rishi Sunak or Kemi Badenoch.

Kemi is unconsciously working very hard to justify herself as a Black woman, and she will continue doing this for the rest of her life abroad.

The only way to climb up is to continuously put down immigrants and dissociate herself from them as much as possible. "Hey, whitey, even though I am not white, I am way different from those people"
This one about immigrants or black people in position of authority in predominantly white settings overdoing their authority in work settings is just on point,I will leave kemi case for later

Trust me brother, that woman is not saying all this because she is deeply concerned about nigeria and wants things to get better. She simply wants to ride on Nigeria present predicament to gain popularity among the whites in uk. Most of her stories are actually made up. She claimed that she walks 5 miles everyday to fetch water for bathing before going to school. We all know this is not true, judging from her background here.
She is not really attacking the Nigeria system/govt . She is simply making mockery of your situation here in Nigeria and from her remarks, she hopes you never escape from our evil politician to the uk, just as she did.
While we condemn shettima and this present evil govt for making our lives miserable, people like kemi simply wants to take advantage of our misfortunes here, to gain popularity in uk. She is a complete asshole.

Also note that she never mentioned any of the points you listed here. She has never really condemned the Nigeria govt or demand for electoral reform or transparency in electoral process
Oil dey your head jawe,a lot of folks don't understand the demographics

In my opinion that was a totally needless rant, the question was her opinion about the British police, using her personal experiences to the British police is myopic especially when she said when she hears people complain of racial bias against them by the British Met but she feels it's exaggerated gives us the perfect picture.

Personally I do believe that her brothers shoes and watch were stolen, even tho it's kinda laughable but I believe her because it's possible,I however have my reservations for her downplaying racial bias from the British Met,she has no right selling her sob stories and at the same time refusing to believe the story of others....na so winch dey take start.

The story was so laughable that the moderator had to repeat it again....she covered it up with the narrative oh well it's a poor country anything is possible.

However in diplomatic circles Nigeria is not regarded as a poor country amongst her peers, besides such choice of words shouldnt be coming from a diplomat of her Calibre,no nation is regarded as a poor country, perhaps emerging economies is the right word just like the same way any sane diplomat would rather avoid calling a blind man disabled but rather people of determination or physically challenged.

As a diplomat she seems to flippant and uncouth, the Nigerian police is corrupt yes, however the British Met is not an infallible institution either, using your personal experiences with the Nigerian police to pitch the British Met is unbecoming of a would be leader, your personal experiences differ from that of others and must not be mistaken as absolute facts.

I also have my reservations about her saying the police would rob us,she made it look so commonplace,I have no doubts there are cases of cops who are robbers in Nigeria which is not peculiar to Nigeria alone,I think the right word should be extort, based on my own experience the Nigerian police are big into extorting yes...but robbery very possible but not as commonplace as she rightly narrated.

Unfortunately a lot of people do not realize Kemi is not advocating for a better Nigeria,as far as she is concerned she is British and could care less, she is only using Nigeria as the door mat in her desperate plot to be MP,she is the type of person that doesn't want more black faces as immigrants to the UK so they won't have access to the type of opportunities she has benefitted from, only small minded people need to denigrate their origin to seek approval for better opportunities nevertheless I wish her good luck in her travails.

You seem to dig out weird numbers from your imagination, believe the numbers, build your arguments on these imaginary numbers, and then pass them across as facts. How did you arrive at the conclusion that only 4 out of 154 EA planes are dedicated to Africa? A quick check to EA's website reveals the run to over 20 local destinations (in-country) and over 60 destinations in Africa. How did you come to the conclusion that only 4 planes are used for these over 80 destinations?

Cc: pappilo
Make i put school bag for your back carry you go primary school for you to understand what for example means??

Its just an instance to let you understand that u cant base size of passengers on size of fleet alone since u dont seem very bright in this field.

For example if Dana air has the highest number of passengers for local destinations, will u bring up same argument of impossibility since they have a lower fleet size than AP.

Airlines base routes on foot traffic and viability of the destination, fleet size isnt the only parameter.

what is the population of Ethiopia compared to Nigeria head to head.

Have u checked the frequency of flights for each of the destinations?

You might have never heard of Ryanair but i guess u must have heard of Emirates, why are you not arguing that Ryanair cant have more passengers than a whole Emirate, Ryan air might not have more destinations than Emirates.
TravelRe: Top-10 Largest Airlines In The World by Fleet Size & Passenger Traffic in Africa by neyobills: 12:18pm On May 28, 2024

You are irredeemable. You could be a check in staff, a baggage handler or even a station manager. That doesnt mean you'd have a clue about the numbers.

Lets use your ill thought out assumptions.

Ethiopian 154 planes x 100 passengers daily (on 1 jumbo to the s ame destination) = 15,400 passengers

Air Peace 29 planes x 300 passengers daily (on 1 jumbo used 3 times to the same destination) = 8,700 passengers

How is it possible that Air Peace will ever be able to carry more passengers that Ethiopian? Air Peace would have to use one plane to carry 500 passengers daily to do the numbers Ethiopian is doing with one plane and 100 passengers daily.

If it is possible for Air Peace to do those kind of numbers, then competitors like Ethiopian wont just sit down and look, they will copy Air Peace.

Do you f**king get it now?!
Dont be a joke,i could be whatever suits your fancy however one thing that im not is as uninformed as you when it comes to Aviation

Lets use your warped assumptions

Delta has 1000 airplanes x100 passengers daily (on 1 jumbo to the same destination) = 100000 passengers.

Ethiopian 154 planes x 100 passengers daily (on 1 jumbo to the same destination) = 15,400 passengers

Ask yourself the question how come Delta airline is not in the list then since they have a bigger fleet than EA

If u still dont get it,then na only God fit help your situation.

How it is possible is due to the frequency of the airlines booking on the said route, this isnt affected by size of fleet but other parameters like safety/price etc.....

Is it possible you were deep in some part of hades when news broke out that other competitors slashed airfare prices for the LHR route?

Do u freaking understand now or u need some more elementary explanation that your intelligence quotient can carry?

Fool! Illiterate talking about paygrade.

A commercial airline with 154 planes can never carry less passengers than one with 29 planes. It goes against all business logic. Why would a business run 154 planes with all its associated costs to carry the same number of passengers as one that only has to run 29 planes.

If it so happens that this was ever the case, the airline cannot be said to be a going concern and it would be best to wind up. This is just logic.

Its like you morons dont like to read or be educated. Africa False Zone is just an illiterate like yourself on Twitter with a cheap phone and data that just pulls numbers out of thin air and posts for imbeciles like you to swallow and regurgitate for your comrades in stupidity.

Despite the number of posts telling you it is false info with links to back this up you are still foaming in the mouth about some hypothetical A380 v A330 scenario

Go to hell!
A commercial airline has 154 airframes, however only 4 is dedicated to African Market another has 29 airframes and 20 is dedicated to the African market who would have the biggest number of passengers within Africa?

Going by your analogy then Delta should be the first in the African market since the have a bigger fleet than EA,so im asking you why is Delta airlines not the first in the African market since it has over 1000 planes and EA has a mere 154?

Did u know that the well renowned Emirates airlines made their first profit after tax in a decade just last year,of course you wouldnt know this since its not cheap banters that has fully occupied every space in your cranium.

Despite the loses, have you bothered to ask Emirates airlines why didnt u carry your smelly mouth to advice Emirates to just wind up?

The Jumbo vs Neo analysis is just to let you know that there are other parameters that matter even in fleet size, you are more interested in banters then knowledge which means you need quick upgrade of your intelligence quotient capacity, bro its an emergency.....you need it urgently.....i no get strength to dey tie person with rope oo.

Not sure I can wrap my head around the logic of this your argument... Ethiopian Airlines has 154 planes; that is more than 5 times the fleet size of AirPeace which has just 29 planes. EA also has way more wide-body aircrafts than AP and travels to more destinations, but somehow you think AP is ferrying more passengers annually than EA?... How exactly is this even logical to you?...

Somehow you've assumed and confidently concluded that EA just bought their 154 planes as decorations; obviously they aren't sufficiently knowledgeable or smart or capable of efficiently optimising the use of their 154 planes, that must be why AP is flying more passengers annually with just 29 planes. All of this just because you saw some unverified figures plucked from God knows where?

Meanwhile I saw an analogy you gave in one of your earlier posts about how AP with just one A380 should be able to ferry more passengers than EA with four A320's. Obviously that was an attempt by you to play down the relevance of EA's fleet size; afterall fleet size is just a number and just "sentiments". But did you even bother to research the equipment both airlines have in their fleet before jumping to your conclusions?...

Just to clarify, both airlines don't have A380's, but if we must stick with this your analogy, the more realistic comparison and question you should try and answer is how AP with one A380 would carry more passengers than EA with 9 A380's.
You cant wrap your head around it because u dont work in aviation, firstly the data is about the African market only, which means it only applies to flights within Africa so doesnt cover all destinations, they might have bigger size of fleet however have you bothered to ask what is the frequency of their flights within Africa, for example if AP has 3 flights to JHB daily while EA has one, then AP has more passengers,EA wont fly to JHB empty just because they have a bigger fleet, they fly based on frequency of bookings, size of fleet doesnt determine the frequency of bookings.

Somehow im not assuming anything,im not holding brief for AP however the data is very possible, they would have more fleet dedicated to more busier routes, thats basic common sense, perhaps the busier routes for AP are middle east and europe so that is where most of the fleet would be dedicated to.

Meanwhile my analogy was just an example to let you know fleet size isnt the only parameter to consider,i dont need to research on that cos i work im aviation,so i know better, you are only getting worked up due to fleet size without confirming the types of airframes involved in the fleet,i guess now you have a better idea that fleet size alone cant be a determinant factor without considering the type of airframe.

Just to clarify i already knew both dont have a jumbo, the analogy is for you to have an idea of airframes, the realistic answer to that is frequency of booking,if AP with one jumbo goes to a destination daily while EA goes to the same destination once in 3 days, then AP wins despite having a smaller fleet,EA wont fly empty airframes just for display of a bigger fleet, they fly based on booking frequency.

Honestly.

That's a huge joke that Air Peace is bigger than ET
Im not a spokesperson for Airpeace or holding brief for them however its very possible

Firstly the data is about the African market.

Second Nigeria has a higher travelling population than Ethiopia head to head.

Thirdly if a flight is from JFK to LHR for example,Ethiopian airlines delibrately more than often will have a stopover in Addis Ababa just to push up sales at the Addis Ababa duty free, such a flight cannot be counted among African market flight, its totally international market.

There are more Nigerians in many more African cities like Accra,Abidjan,Johanesburg,Nairobi, the only city where there might be more Ethiopeans is Cairo.

Add that to the number of foreigners come to NIgeria due to IOC,s and other economic factors and do the math.

Except you guys are saying Ethiopian Airlnes have just parked two-thirds of their fleet on the ground for decoration, there's absolutely no logic in the world that can make Air Peace with a fleet size of 29 carry more passengers yearly than Ethiopian airlines with a fleet size of 154 planes.

No airline buys planes to park them at the tarmac to waste away.
Firstly this fact is about the African market and not International.

The Logic in the world there is foot traffic, flight frequency, and capacity of airframe.

Lets take flight frequency for example ,if Airpeace has 3 daily flights to JHB while Ethiopian airlines has 1,then for sure Airpeace has more passangers for that route.

Basic economics is no respecter of sentiments, size of fleet is sentiments in this issue,If Airpeace flight to Accra is for example 200k,while price of Ethiopean airlines is 300k,will you as a person go for the Ethiopean flight due to size of fleet, add some zeros to the fleet size and go use am buy yam for market na.

Parameters like safety rating are things that really matter in aviation not only size of fleet.

Illiterate spotted. Anyone with even half a functioning brain and a little discernment should be able to tell that it is impossible for Air Peace to carry more passengers than Ethiopian Airlines when it has a fleet thats only a quarter the size of Ethiopian Airline's.

This is the reasoning level of people we have to debate with on Nairaland. Ignorant, stark illiterates in possession of a phone with a cheap data subscription.
Kindly highlight the reason why it is impossible for Airpeace to have for passengers than Ethiopean airlines in the African market?

For example....if Airpeace fly flies 2 Airbus A380-800 to LHR daily and Ethiopean airlines fly 4 Airbus A320 Neo to LHR daily,Airpeace still has more passengers, because the airframe the for Airpeace has a bigger capacity than the Ethiopian airframe, however this is obviously above your paygrade so let me break it down to an elementary explanation your brain perhaps can carry hopefully.

For example Mr A has two Marcopolo bus running from Lagos to Ibadan.Mr B has 5 Toyota Hiace running from Lagos to Ibadan,at full capacity of both who will have the highest passengers,if your brain cannot carry this one then the lord is your strenght.

There are other parameters to check you cant just conclude Ethiopean airlines is doing better due to fleet size, have u compared foot traffic of each of the airlines.

Dont hastily reply on topics clearly above your paygrade, dont let your fingers work faster than your brain.

Ethiopian Airlines have a fleet of 148 planes and Air Peace has a fleet of 29 planes. It is impossible that Air Peace move more passengers than Ethiopian Airlines annually.
Open your mind.....this fact is about more passengers within African routes, not size of fleet,or total number of international route passengers,Ethiopian airlines has a larger fleet no doubt, most of their busiest routes are the middle east and Europe,Air peace on the other hand has busier routes within Africa because we obviously have a larger local travelling population compared to Ethiopia.

"It is the way and formation it is used hat matters"
So why does the question of mined enemy territory comes in.

Aside.. it could still be used in mined areas, provided it is used in conjunction with mine clearing Vehicles etc... at any rate, the way and manner a platform is used determines it safety.
Oh so its now in conjunction with is the formation it would be used...what a great movie....even MRAPS are having a hard time with some IED,s and you and ilks are bringing Toyota Hilux into the picture...the lord is your strenght.

One of the presenters of the Morning Show on Arise News, Mr Rufai Oseni, took to his twitter handle to continue to question the Lagos-Calabar coastal road project.

Source: Oseni Rufai
Im not into partisan politics neither am i based in Nigeria so im not in support of any one, however this is just my own personal opinon of answers.

1. The Road project is expected to take 5 years to complete: would it not be more economically viable to commence the roadworks in the least commercially active areas along the Road as against the current intention of immediately decimating an Ecosystem that supports over 80 businesses and consequently the livelihoods of thousands of Nigerians?

Answer:This question is very vague without having the design masterplan of the road, what are the parameters used in measuring the commercial activities of areas in the design, this road is passing through nine states so im sure there would be equally or more active commercial areas,we cant go by his word of mouth,we need facts besides what does it matter wherever the road starts from, what we need is the quality and what matters most to me personally is the eventual completion.

2. Were all businesses, communities, and stakeholders whose businesses and property are currently under imminent threat of destruction properly notified or consulted on the adverse effects of the Road so that a win-win solution could be achieved?

Answer:From my little understanding of the news i have heard so far from stakeholders whose businesses were affected, there were duly notified, however he needs to first explain to us the adverse effects of the road so we can have an idea what he means, this is another vague question in my opinion.

3. In view of the fact that one of the main objectives of the Road project is to grow tourism and its attendant socio-economic benefits, why is such a commendable undertaking starting by demolishing the already existing homegrown tourism businesses that are already contributing greatly to the beachfront tourism landscape and overall economy in terms of tax revenue, job creation, SME development, etc?

Answer:This question itself is rigged with irregularities because the said beach front belongs to the federal government under therefore the FG dont anyone any explanations as to whatever they deem fit to do with their land, whatever tourism businesses there are illegal,if i were the one in charge, they would be the ones paying fines to the federal government now and they are in no position to ask question, they are illegal.

This question is akin to someone using the front your your gate for a street circus, now you want to drive out your car to go for your own business, the clown now says you need to wait till he is done with his circus because it has tourism potentials for your driveway....

4. The entire Road measures 700km: is it not possible to reroute less than a 1.5km stretch of it back to its original course on the unoccupied Water Corporation Road median in order to avoid the destruction of local businesses and livelihoods located along the current intended right of way?

Answer:This questions would be best answered by the eingineers involved in the design of the project.

5. Was due process followed in awarding the contract to Hitech Construction Company Limited?

Answer:Im in no position to answer this question because im not a stakeholder fortunately for him he is a journalist we should be the one asking him this questions and he giving us the reply with verifiable fasts

6. Why was the Julius Berger contract cancelled? Who cancelled it and when was this done?

Answer:Im in no position to answer this question because im not a stakeholder fortunately for him he is a journalist we should be the one asking him this questions and he giving us the reply with verifiable fasts

7. How many contractors have been appointed with respect to this Project?

Answer:Im in no position to answer this question because im not a stakeholder fortunately for him he is a journalist we should be the one asking him this questions and he giving us the reply with verifiable fasts

8. The Road was originally meant to be developed on a Build, Operate and Transfer (“BOT”) basis: why has government reversing course and now self-funding it?

Answer:Oga your question done dey too much o,you be journalist go and investigate, common this is your job,if its too much of a hassle for you resign and let competent hands continue, this is not how ICIJ Pandora papers made a name for themselves, they didnt ask the public questions, they came out with verifiable facts, you too go and do it,they dont have too heads.

7. How many contractors have been appointed with respect to this Project?

Answer:Invoke the FOI act and get all this information, you are a journalist, how hard is this for you to do.

8. The Road was originally meant to be developed on a Build, Operate and Transfer (“BOT”) basis: why has government reversing course and now self-funding it?

Answer:Personally i dont have a problem with whatever course they choose to fund it as long as its in the best interest of Nigeria however this is just my personal opinion,,is this reversing course affecting your salary?besides the question is vague, is the previous developed BOT basis better than the new course, give us your reasons with facts why the new course is a bad deal.

You don't really have to involve yourself in Wars that doesn't concern you and if a World war break our, we act like during WW2 by staying off

What can the WARTHOG do that the Super tucano cant?? maybe speed alone I guess. Super tucano looks like a toy to you and many more Nigerians but not when it comes to Action.

Day, Night or Midnight my all in one super tucano is ever ready to give an 85% accurate precise strike at Insurgents. So what else can you ask for as a Raptor??
Firstly the Warthog is a dedicated CAS platform,it beats the super Tucano is all area,it has greater firepower with its Gatlin guns,it has greater loiter time than the Tucano, it has greater munitions payload capacity than the Tucano, the Warthog parhaps is the ideal platform we need for our COIN ops.

The Toyota Hilux has it's role to play in the Nigerian army. It might not be pretty but we don't have billions of dollars lying around to move all our men in Armoured vehicles.

It is the way and formation it is used that matters.

The Tucanos is a serious option for the US military.

https://www.sncorp.com/news-archive/a-29-super-tucano-delivered-to-us-air-force-special-operations-command/

Within the Nigerian context there's no capability the A-10 will provide, we don't currently have any the A-10 has limitations in the sort of support it can provide to Nigerian ground forces.

The A-29 is simply a better platform.
I agree with the paucity of funds, however that is where modifications can come in,the hilxes can still be bought and the ones going into enemy territory modified, like a said safety of ground troops obviously takes the back seat in your own mode of operations.....why waste tax payers money when the lives of troops trained with tax payers funds are cut short due to avoidable mistakes and also demoralizing troops plus making some family and friends of gallant troops miserable.

Pls what way and formation can a light skinned hilux be used in mined enemy territory...i love to learn

The Tucano is no option for the US military...its akin to saying Shatta wale mix(no pun intended) is a better option for a DJ to play at a typical Lagos Christmas street carnival ....dont forget the Tucanos are Braziliian made...

what are the limitations the Warthog has in operations to suppoet Nigerian ground troops....i love to learn

I'm struggling to follow, in what universe does an aircraft powered with a Turbofan provide an aircraft powered with a Turboprop engine more Loiter time?
This is common sense naaa..how on Gods green earth can a single engine turbo prop engine have a better loiter time than a double jet engine, simple sturvs na.

Name one airline that uses turbo prop engine platforms for commercial flights.

Oh i just checked my quote its obviously a mistype and i meant longer...dont be mischievous

While all these are hypothetic, the premise you have began your argument is faulty.

By nature of Counter Terror operations air assets need to be multi-purpose.

AKPWS, Brimstone missiles, paveway bombs etc can all be deployed from the A-29 and M-346.

You also forget we have JF-17s and F-7s for missions against Air Defence Systems. We also have a large fleet of UCAVs that can defeat ADS (Azerbaijan-Armenia war).

The Russians haven't deployed enough air defense assets in Niger to cause any real disruptions to Nigeria Air operations. Niger is not Ukraine.
By nature what is the need of carrying a RPG to a cock fight,by nature of counter Terror there is also need to know your enemy capabilities, what would be the need of taking a B2 spirit bomber to Lake chad to fight insurgents, what we need is a dedicated CAS support platform in this ops

I agree all those munitions can be deployed by the Tucano and the M-346,however we need platform that can fly at low altitude, have long loiter time with superior firepower and can be able to pin point enemy position from friendly postions before taking out to enemy,in COIN ops the margins can get slim so we need platforms that fly low to be able to see positions clearly before take out to avoid friendly causalities guess maybe in your type of ops safety of ground troops takes the back seat?

For the Warthog the cockpit in encased in full titanuim armour giving the pilot and flight controls better safety against enemy fire that is exactly where the A-10 comes in as the game changer.
