There is no economic logic in your leaving to rent Your own because your parents also rent which would mean double rental fees in the same proximity doesn't make any economic sense,it would have been better if they have owned the place,stay and save more till your can, build a place for the family.

In my opinion I see now, shame in staying with your parents for as long as, u would have loved, that's why they were your parents in the first instance as, long as u are not a liability,i have a 52 friend who worked for AT&T for decades he, stayed with his mom till she passed some few months ago,now he is retired, single, never married, his credit score is in the sky he could buy a condo with a, snap of his finger plus his retirement benefits in the picture, he could never go wrong, why did he choose to stay because he had to be, there for his aged mom, even though he could afford a senior home for here, stay, there because u need to be there for your parents at least.

Even in saner countries Italy for an example even billionaire mafia bosses stay with their folks, till they pass doesn't mean they can't have other real, estate investments if they choose to,besides it's cheaper for you so what else u need than, save more and achieve your goals.

If it's freedom for ladies no lady born of a woman will ever love u as much as your mom if she is around besides she would be able to help screen out the not so, Good ladies with her experience and woman eye self.

However I don't know the inconvenience and the situation you are facing so do whatever makes u happy anyway.
