Good after Headward, pls am interested in this POF agents. Please can you share the contact.

To your question.
From what I know oo

1.yes PGD students can go with dependants.
2. Yes you two can travel out at the same time.

3. You can do it yourself if you want to...it is doable alot of people have done it here by themselves. And you can also decide to use an agent.. it all depends on you.

4...

5...doubt if it will have any negative effect on your chances. Since you two have been together for 7 years you can also include pictures of two of you from years back.or evidence of things you have done together.

Headward:
Good afternoon bosses. I have been reading all through but I must say, I get confused the more. I need people to come to my aide and proffer a solution

My Fiancee and I are HND graduates, we are planning to marry this year and at the same time travel out to Canada through study route.
I have a small business I'm doing and also an external lecturer but my babe has a small business also. We both have our Passport ready. My questions are:
Note: Ikr,that I have to start by searching for schools but still I'm confused.

1) Does PGD allows for dependant or what degree can she pursue as the M.A?
2) Can we both travel out at the same time if she applies as the M.A and I serve as Dependant?
3) Do I need an agent to run this?
4) As for POF please, we are borrowing from this POF agents, but please how do we run the POF if we want to apply?
(5) Marrying and then applying I hope it won't affect our chances please? Or do we need to back-date the certificate and if we have to do that, she has her family name on her passport, won't that cause issues? (We have been together for more than 7 years).
)) What do I need to know please.

Please help me out,we planned for UK before but this UK no dependant problem.

Thank you.

Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by NGOZIGLORI(f): 5:53am On Jan 07, 2023
Yes you can. ...
As soon as she got the admission we booked for her Medicals. My daughter had her Medicals on the 28th of Sept while we submitted her application on the 11th of October. After the Medicals they will give you a paper. It will also be part of the documents you will add to your application. Once you do your application and biometric they will send the Medicals within few days.

Bamz555:

Pls for sumone who just got admission and starting to arrange his documents can he go do medicals even before starting visa application? Nd if yes pls whr in Abuja?

It comes from IRCC into ones portal.

Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by NGOZIGLORI(f): 5:43am On Jan 07, 2023
I had learnt from here that it is sent to ones portal. So we kept checking her portal as well, so we just saw it as a correspondence letter after the PPR yesterday evening.

Winnerpoks:

You know say these onyibo people no dey joke with their deadline. Since they have given them till 12th. I dey fear Incase she gets there after 12th let her not be stranded. And they fit no allow am to start classes.
As one of the school's administrator/representative has told her to leave it and come September, but we kept pushing that she is coming this Winter.

Winnerpoks:
Hi ma, It should not be a big deal. just mail the school and attach the ppr alongside. She'll resume this month. My sibling was also given time.

Please am equally interested in the response to this question. Because we are considering this as the next option for my daughter.
The last day given to be in school is 12th which is next week Thursday
We had to cancel the flight we booked for tomorrow Saturday. Am scared to book another flight as the last day she can leave is Tuesday. The tension and anxiety is just much.
We hàve done everything humanly possible.

Whatever happens we will accept it with good faith.
She will use the period of waiting to learn skills that she can apply over there and use to make extra cash.

Faith93:
Good morning everyone,

Please I need your responses on this issue pls.

For someone whose visa was approved this January, and has already deferred admission for (September)..what are the necessary steps to take and how can one can take go about it.

Thank you for your prompt responses.

We're leaving VFS Lagos now. They said it's not ready and we're to receive two more mails before we come for pickup.
Hopefully if we receive the mails today we will go on Monday to pick it up.

Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by NGOZIGLORI(f): 5:13am On Jan 06, 2023
For the gift deed I used a lawyer he also did some documents for us everything was calculated together but in all it was less than 50k for all the documents he did
for the property valuation I used an estate valuation company (250-300k) depending on the company and the negotiating power.

Cuppycak3:
Please someone that has done this should please give me an estimate please

Ok.thanks for your response. Truly appreciate.

My issue now is from Toronto to her final destination which is Charlottetown in Prince Edward Island.
If she will need to pay for the excess kg before boarding and what the charges will be like.?

johnstan:

Yes, I had excess baggage.
I had to sort the airline staff on duty (they are the ones in charge). if you pay the normal price it will be expensive so just reason with them and drop something (it won't be less than 10k sha)
Once the bags are checked in you won't see them till you arrive at your destination and pick them up - My final destination was Toronto, I took a cab to waterloo.
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by NGOZIGLORI(f): 2:30pm On Jan 05, 2023
Pls John, I wanted to ask, did you carry excess kg? If yes....pls after paying for the excess kg at the airport here in Nigeria did you pay another money for it at Toronto when boarding flight to your final destination?
johnstan:

You're welcome.
Please do not give up, repackage and re-apply.
Been here for 5 days and all i can say is that it's a beautiful country.
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by NGOZIGLORI(f): 2:20pm On Jan 05, 2023
So why are these ones taking more thàn 5 working days. They should know this is a crucial period for students. Most schools have resumed, deadlines for resumption are fast approaching. For UPEI they resumed on the 4 and gave them till 12th to be in school. If my daughter doesn't leave be Tuesday to get to prince Edward by Thursday the 12 then she will have to forefit this winter semester resumption untill September. And September is just far for one to wait. Anything can happen.

Oh God please intercede for your children
Tgbengus151:
Mine took about 3 days. So it depends.
