FutureFocus:You started acting funny when I requested that you send my items even after first telling me that they were intact. You thereafter refused to send my items and when I insisted that you send them you suddenly came up with the story of how your daughter damaged the headset. You never apologized for the delay or damage caused and only said you will refund whenever you start selling market. You think you are strong-headed but you are only shooting yourself in the foot. Few people that intervened here did so because they see how you are hustling to make ends meet. Good character is a required catalyst for destiny fulfillment no matter how hardworking a man is. If I had insisted that you send my complete items that I paid for after people intervened, you don't have any option because you received your complete money. Can you share the screenshot of where you apologized to me for the delay and damaged headset and told me the exact date you were going to refund before I rejected the refund. Instead of apologizing you resulted to calling me a thief for buying the headset 15k which you posted for 17k here on this forum. A used headset that's not even a popular brand. It's a pity that you parade yourself as a business tycoon while you lack the basic business ethics. Recall that I called you out here on this thread after 3 weeks of first contacting you to send my items and you refused. Few people intervened that I should accept the refund back then since you said you were ready to do that. On that very day - 17/12/2022 , I sent you my account details and you started threatening me, while refusing to refund me nor send my items up till now. You didn't indicate how you refused replying my chats for weeks after I first requested that you send my items. And on the very day you were supposed to waybill the items you came up with that 'damage' story. You are not more than a disguised scammer and you won't get away with my money. |
FutureFocus:You are indeed a senseless scammer with no iota of shame. If you are sure of your earlier claim about the headset why were you scared of me discussing the issue here afterall you advertised the items here. I have done a little background check and discovered that your scamming antics didn't start today but one thing I can assure you is that by the time I take up your case, you will think twice before attempting to scam people again. I paid you for months and left the items in your care because I had wanted to buy other things, only for you to come up with stories when I requested for you to send my items. You didn't hesitate to call me thief, and other derogatory names for patronising you. So, you shouldn't be worried about your so called image yet, because I haven't started. You can run but you can't hide Futurefocus. |

Scammer!!! Update on the Scammer in Disguise Called Futurefocus. Since on the 17th of December that I sent Futurefocus my account details for the refund he claimed to have offered when I called him out, he is yet to refund me the N21,000 up till now. He even threatened me that he can deal with me since he has gotten my account details. I just decided to give him a little time to pay up because of those that intervened on this thread. Important Reminders: 1. I contacted Futurefocus sometime ago for an angle grinder but he said he has sold the one available and will let me know whenever it's available. 2. He advertised G-clamps here for 5k and I contacted him and negotiated 4,500. That same day he also showed me a site lamp with a bad bulb for 1500 on WhatsApp and I paid 6k for the two items immediately - 02/10/2022. I then told him to keep the items as I will want him to send them together with the angle grinder when it's available. 3. Futurefocus also posted a headset here for 17k and I also contacted him, priced 15k and paid on 7/11/2022. 4. After waiting for over a month and his angle grinder wasn't available, I contacted him on 27/11/2022 to pls waybill my items that I had already paid for since he hasn't gotten the other tool. 5. He stopped replying my chats and when he eventually did, gave me the excuse that he was busy at work and that my items were very safe. I then gave him some time before contacting him again to waybill my items. On 13/12/2022, he replied after some days and said his daughter broke the headset and will have to refund me by the time he starts selling market the following week. I was annoyed because he didn't even apologized for the delay and was not specific about the refund arrangement. So, I called him out here on this thread and some people intervened that I should pls accept the refund since he said he was ready to do that immediately. On that very day - 17/12/2022, I sent him my account details and Futurefocus has refused to refund me nor send my items up till now. Therefore, I now consider him a SCAMMER and he will be treated as such because I have been very patient and considerate even when he insulted me severally. |
GAZZUZZ:This seller even refunded you immediately, unlike that disguised scammer called futurefocus. He's yet to refund me up till now after making so much noise about wanting to make refund last week and I did sent him my account details immediately. I'm just giving him a long rope before taking up his case because of those that pleaded for him. |
Godisgreatest1:Futurefocus was never specific about the refund thing because he said until he starts selling market from next week and he never apologised nor requested for my account detail to show his seriousness until yesterday after being called out here. He wasn't replying my chats and refused picking my call yesterday. I brought the issue here so that others like you won't fall a victim but obviously you are in the same boat and will deserve such kind of treatment. Finally, never serve others what you can not eat because KAMMA is very real. |
FutureFocus:Honestly, this guy is really unstable mentally. Futurefocus posted the Headset in question ( Altec Lansing Comfort Q Headphones, MZX770) here on this thread on the 6th November with a price tag of 17k and I contacted him and priced 15k which he agreed and I paid that same day. How in heaven's name will that used headset costs 80k. Now, he contacted me yesterday evening on WhatsApp that I should send my account details for the refund. I did sent my account detail to him only for Futurefocus to come up with another drama. Please kindly see screenshots below so that you understand the situation better. He lacks basic etiquette of a business man and he's so arrogant and unwilling to learn, always claiming to know everything when in fact he knows next to nothing in the IT world. Finally, you called me a thief for pricing and buying the headset you tagged 17k yourself for 15k. Obviously, you need to change your hospital because your drugs have not been working.

FutureFocus:Mr. Man, can you honestly answer the following: Did you indicate that you won't be able to keep the items after payment. Can you remember that it was the angle grinder tool that actually delayed the items with you. Why does it take you about a week to reply my chats? Why did you say my items were intact when I first requested for you to waybill. Did you even apologized for the delay in sending my items. Did you tell me specifically when you will be sending the refund. Do you know that your refund now won't be able to purchase the spoilt item due to the current price. And you were not even polite in your presentations. Finally, can you state here now the specific date that you will make the refund for people to be our witness. |

Krak:He was unapologetic about the development and was telling me he will only refund whenever he starts selling market after refusing to reply my chats for days. He is planning to make refund at his own convenient time but he never reserved those me to pay for the items at my own time. He is not whom you think he is by his conducts. Nlanalyst:Note that I have already bought those items from him by instantly paying for them over a month ago. So, the 'Foreign Exchange Palaver' excuse he gave you has nothing to do with my own transactions with him. He was supposed to waybill my items since on the 27th of November that I made the request. He refused replying my chats and only came up with the excuse that his daughter destroyed the headset on the 13th of December. |

Fraudulent Intentions by the Seller : Futurefocus Since my few years on Nairaland, I haven't called out any user because I have tried as much as possible to be understanding and considerate. But it has become highly imperative that I call out this unruly seller on this thread by the username: futurefocus. Even though I had read about people's experiences with him on this thead but how few people had defended him then didn't deter me from patronising him. I had once contacted him long ago for an item but his response back then didn't depict him as a good seller and I did advised him then to learn how to attend relate with customers as a business man. However, my recent experience with him made me realised that those who had earlier complained about him had their good reasons and I just have to do same here so as to save others from being his victim. As we all know, to be silent in the face of evil is to cooperate with the evil. This is how it all happened: 1. I paid for 4 items at different times and asked him to keep them because I had wanted to add an angle grinder tool which wasn't available at the time. The first item was paid for on 2nd of October, 2022 and the last item paid for on the 7th of November, 2022. 2. I sent him a chat on the 27th of November, that he should pls help waybill my items that very week since he was yet to get the small angle grinder tool after 1 month of my request for the tool. 3. He replied my chat on the 30th of November that my other items I paid for are intact but he had been busy at work and that he will check his schedule and get back to me as regard the waybill. 4. After much waiting and there was no response from him again, I sent him another chat on the 6th of December to remind him of my waybill request. He still didn't respond to the chat. 5. I sent him another reminder on the 9th of December that he should try and waybill my items that weekend but he still didn't reply. 6. On the 13th of December, he now sent a chat telling me about refunding me next week because his daughter broke the headset while charging it. Clarifications. 1. He deliberately refused to respond to my chats not waybill my items since I made the waybill request on the 27th of November, 2022 and only came up with the excuse that the headset has been damaged by his daughter on the 13th of December 2022 while charging it. 2. Those items were supposed to be kept safe and separately after they were paid for. 3. Why charging an item that is no longer yours and it wasn't a request from the buyer that it should be charged. 4. After payment, those items were no longer his and he was not supposed to be using them to the extent of draining the battery. 5. He had never for once told me that he wanted to waybill the items and I said no to now make it look as if it's my fault that the daughter damaged the headset. To this end, he never apologised for the delay in responding to my chats and sending my items since I made the request for the waybill on the 27th of November. Rather, he was telling me that he will refund me when he start selling market next week and threatened to block me and not pay again if I ever disturb him. He even said I was rude to him for insisting that he must waybill my item this weekend. Actually I have tried as much as I could to tolerate him but this guy futurefocus is just so unruly and thinks that he can do as he pleases after receiving money from buyers. For the avoidance of any doubt, I have screenshots of our chats and will share it here if and when necessary. Finally, I will be forced to take it up as a scam case and update his details here if he doesn't send my items in the perfect condition I bought them. Thanks for your audience. |

Scammer! Scammer!! Scammer!!! These guys used this account number to scam me after paying for an iPhone. Bukola Abe, PALMPAY Account number - 9550111034 The fraudster's phone numbers are 08141173603 and 09163152597. Nelson Chibuzor E-mail: nellybee455@gmail.com I paid for an iphone and also paid for the waybill but they refused to send the iphone and blocked my number. Pls I will appreciate anyone who can help retrieve more details that can help in their prosecutions. |
