I have infinix hot 10 or Tecno spark 7pro in mind.

Please I'm sorry to bug this thread with my problems, buts I need your candid advice. I graduated from the University five (5) years ago and served in 2017 in Kaduna.

I have been unable to get a decent job except teaching in a primary school, under one of the most remote LG in Kaduna with lots of violence, baditry activities and kidnapping, few of my colleagues have been kidnapped. Sometimes on the route we do sight empty vehicles with blood stains which indicates that the occupants have been kidnapped, though this happen most times at night.

My transport per day is 1k as I can not live in this village for reasons that, I am not an indigine and its not safe to live there, aside that, these people are so heartless and want me to come from Monday to Fridays irrespective of the security situation of the place, but somehow I manage to go 4 times a week which lives me tired, stressed and always moody each time I think of my job or that I have to go there.

This is really affecting me psychologically but i have no handwork or any other means of income for now, my feeding, rent, bills depend solely on this and I've been contemplating whether to quit or not; for the risk, stress working with village people who are very determine to frustrate a non indigine most especially. My monthly pay is 45k which after deducting my transport alone for the month, I will be left with 25k.

Has anyone here been in same situation? please what is your candid advice or what did you do to pull through, do I quit or not? this is seriously affecting my mental health and life generally as I am always tired, stressed, moody and frustrated.

I saw an appointment letter, it's recent.
A friend of mine just got employed in the inspectorate cadre. He got the slot through serving senator in North East.
I know some of you will start arguing but I swear to got it's real.
I can't send the appointment letter here for confidentiality reasons.

His appointment letter got me thinking, if things will ever get back to normal on this country.
Something we've been waiting for for years and now is given secretly.

Teaching is something else, I'm also in this position right now and i don't know whether to quit or manage for the main time.
I teach in a government primary school in one of the state in the middle belt, to make matters worse a rural village, my pay is 48k and my PPA is 1h,20mins from where I stay. Hence I spend 15k monthly on tfare coupled with the village is not safe.

My brother, it is very possible. I never believed such can happen especially in this Buhari regime until 4days ago when a brother told me he got appointment with NCS/NPS and he didn't apply for it. He told me someone just call him to come Abuja for his appointment letter. The person collected his CV in 2018 and he did not pay a penny. I don't even know thaat training is ongoing right now until he told me they will pass out next week. I have to rush here to encourage you to follow up seriously. The funniest thing is this brother did not even know if they published talk less of applying

Yes that's for replacement not recruitment.
But please what exactly is delaying NSCDC/NIS recruitment, I think something is not right somewhere.. Or maybe they want to be fully done with NCS first..

A civil defense low rank personnel( rank and file) working at the board can help a supritendent applicant.....but u see doz commandants in state....dey can only help the ssce and NCE holders....most of dem dont kno any jack abt the recruitment process.

All this writing of exam, CBT na formality.. NDLEA till date I've not seen anyone that got invited among all of us that went for the exam.

Now that they are deliberating who to head the Nscdc, that means our recruitment is the least of their concern now? How did I find myself in this country God knows why and in Him alone i trust..

In my opinion, I doubt the NIS Authorities doing ANYTHING as regard the Recruitment till February ending when the FG extended Lockdown order will be ending...

it's not new in Nigeria to pay for a slot it happens almost in every sector but actually must people that are given slots are big enough to dash you for free and the ones that tend to sale is like placing a bet on Liverpool to win Sheffield United the odds will look favourable but the outcome might surprise you at times, I ounce paid for a slot through my uncle and it turns out to be a scam, in this Naija you just have to open all possibilities

Even the big men u see today hustle for more money, some rather sell it than just dash, sorry about your experience but hope u were able to get your money back? I've heard stories of many people that paid and got and some that paid and it didn't work out but whichever way may God guide and help us all.

Oga it depends on the source, there's no specific amount, stop discouraging the young man, let him follow his heart. People pay as little as 200k for slots that some paid 1m, whichever way may Almighty God help us.

From your earlier position, she's a good cook, bakes and all that, you can talk to her and assist her to start up with this. Stop giving her free money all the time and watch her either dump your black dirty ass or if she's really into you & not for the money, she will sit up. Government should hasten up with this recruitment already with the security situation going on in this country, we need more hands and more workforce, the internal security outlets are understaffed.
