Since u have court affidavit of age declaration, u are fully covered. Both birth cert and court affidavit of age declaration have equal weight because they both contain ur birth record. They serve as altanative to each other.No organisation will reject court affid of age declaration in place of birth cert because u swore it on oath and all facts stated therein is taken to be the truth and nothing but the truth.Evn as am telling u, I too use affid of age decl. Both serve de same purpose. So faer not

my people i hope there won't be any problem? i didn't know i was going to get CBT invite talk less of getting interview invite, so i wasn't serous about the registration. As a matter of fact, i used my phone to register. The problem now is i am shortlisted for the interview but I don't have the original Medical certificate, my friend did it for me. I don't know if i should go and acquire another medical certificate to present during the interview?.

My own case is that mine got lost as a result of okada accident I had on my way going back home after I had finished uploading my documents. All my documents were scattered on the road but I thank God I did not sustain any injury. It was when I got home and wanted to arrange my documents that I discovered that the med cert was missing and when I went back to the scene of the accident I couldnt find it any more. But all the same I have gone to get another one from a govt hospital. So u can go and get another one.

I use yahoomail,the issue is from the beginning of the exercise that I was shortlisted on their website,never got an email from them,not even on my spam folder,until they made a provision to print the CBT IV letter on their website,the only email I got was from Dragnet,those ones are more organised. Since this email is from NIS I dunno know if I will see the email unless there is a provision to check it on their website.

My dear, I too have the same issue oo. I have been shortlisted but yet to receive the email. I used yahoomail to register and am sure that is why it is like that.

The same thing with me. I have seen my name among those shortlisted but no mail yet. But pls I want to ask u: did u use yahoomail to register? Me I used yahoomail to register and I encountered the same issue when we were shortlisted for the CBT. Am sure this problem is usually encountered by those that used yahoomail to register. But all the same, let's keep waiting. It will definitely come out. Meanwhile, congrats my dear.

I always say this to people who care to know it is only in IMO state that marriage stuff is a bit expensive.

I come from Ngwo in Enugu state and we take just one note from whatever amount a "To-be" in laws bring n give the rest back...I.e if u bring one bundle of 100 naira note (10k), we will take 1 note and return 9,900 to him there n then...

U know, the problem with most people is that they are always guilty of fallacy of hasty generalization.That is, they easily generalize or draw their conclusions using very little example. I came from Afikpo South LGA, Ebonyi State and there, de bride price of a woman is N30, no more no less. Although u will have to do some other things as the custom demands but that depends on ur financial strength. Do it according to ur finacial ability.

To me govt jobs are preferable. I know of one man who is my brother's close friend. He is an Accountant and he was working in Access Bank but he later got a job in FIRS Port Harcourt branch. One day my brother and I paid him a visit and it was then I was convinced that govt jobs are preferable. It was the man that actually told us so, having compared what he witnessed when he was a banker and what he is now seeing in FIRS.

Even me. I too had the same experience during my NYSC year. I served in a local govt council. Of course am sure u know workers' attitude to work in most local govt councils. Some dont usually come to work at all in most days. Some will come and sign their names and go for their private businesses. While some of those that are actually in their offices will either be playing ludo game, or gossiping, or sleeping on their office tables or doing some other unnecessary things in the office. Truely speaking, these are what I actually witnessed during service year in the L.G. council where I served.
