allanphash7:A fool will always be a fool. No matter how much u try to educate or upgrade him, the foolishness in him will still be noticeable because once a fool always a fool and wherever they are u will still noctice. No wonder our people usually say that "Onye Ara aghaghi ntamu" meaning "A mad man must always soliloquy in a low tone". That is what this suckaway or pit toilet idiot has just proved to the whole world. And am so sure that he has never travelled out of his State or even Local Govt before, yet he still claims to be educated. FOOL LIKE YOU. |
Elzends:You dey mind them? Though I respect this man but this things he just said makes no sense to me because they are like trash. Who knows 2moro? Nobody . If he keeps saying dis, he wil not realise the consequence of it on his followers especially ladies until when it is too late. If he says so then wot happens to true lov? Wot happens to de vow of "for better for worse, for richer for poorer, in sicknes & in good health" usually taken at de alter? If he says so it means he is encouraging ladies to marry men just because of money & not because of true lov. And once the man loses his job & the money is no longer there, den de lady is entitled to go her separate way. Is that one marriage? No. It's his gullible followers dat wil suffer it if they follow dis teachings. As for me, though am employed but if I want to marry, I wil disguise as a jobles & poor man to test de lov she has for me |
OP, most of the Churches you mentioned are penticostal churches, and you cannot talk of penticostal churches without first mentioning ASSEMBLIES OF GOD CHURCH because Assemblies of God Church is the mother of all penticostal churches in Nigeria. It was established in the 1930s in old Umuahia in the present day Abia State, and it is the first penticostal church to exist. All other penticostal churches stemmed out from Assemblies of God Church. Moreover, although Assemblies of God Church today seems to have lost its tenet and stronghold, it was the most popular and the best in terms of true christianity and genuine practice of Godliness in years back. So please OP go and do your research well. NOTE: I am not a member of Assemblies of God Church. Rather, I am a member of the Redeemed Christian Church of God. So dont think I am sentimental. |
omolola15:Bhahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! bros you too much oo. Abeg take am easy, make you no kill me with laughter. I don laugh sotey I come begin roll for ground. Even, people don gather here now to know why I dey laugh all alone like a mad person. But na truth you talk sha. |
ClitRaider:O boy! see English oo! "Nah, i meant biabia ARE KILL EMSELVES". Ewooo! bekee is truly a crazy language. My friend please go back to Understanding English Basic 1. Mumu! |
Jibril659:As you dropped your comment, how many likes have you got? None. That is to show that you wasted your time commenting nonsense. So please delete it. |
I have always said it and I keep saying it that the Nigeria Police is a BIG disgrace to humanity. Bunch of hungry and illiterate criminals in uniform. |
olabukola:This mumu again. It seems "mumurity" runs in your family blood. |
Victorvexz:So do you now agree with the Igbos that they are being marginalized in Nigeria? Please be sincere to yourself. |
Tenkobos:Hahahahahahahaha! Guy you too much oo! You will not kill me with laughter. But to be sincere, I so much love your reasoning because it is full of logic. You just nailed it. |
ALVA001:Keep on deceiving yourself. When will u ever come out of the darkness that has swallowed you? FOOL! |
Claroo:You are correct to some extent. But to some other extent, you are not totally correct. The correct position is that where an appeal has been entered in the Court of Appeal against the judgment of a trial court, ALL applications partaining to case must be made to the Court of Appeal, because at that stage, it is taken that the Court of Appeal has become seised of the matter & the High Court at that point ceases to have jurisdiction over the case. See Order 4 Rule 11 of the Court of Appeal Rules. Therefore, if Ikpeazu has filed his Notice of Appeal at the Court of Appeal and the appeal entered, there is really no need applying to the Federal High Court for the Stay of Execution. He should have rather gone to the Court of Appeal to make the application for stay. A similar provision is contained in the S. C. Rules. |
Sommyangel:I wonder oo! |
tuoyoojo:You got it wrong. The reverse of what you said is rather the case. Increasing the number of States to 54 will definitely bring many advantages to the country and her citizens. For example: 1. It will help to bring government closer to the people. 2. It will create more job opportunities for the citizens. 3. It will foster development. Just to mention but a few. |
sharonbaron:In addition to what u said, if what I read earlier today is true that INEC has issued a certificate of return to Uche Oga, it means that the 1st injunctive order goes to no issue because it is trite law that an injunction cannot be granted against a completed act. |
Pls house members, I need ur opinion on this issue: The name I used in my Primary School is not the same name I'm using now. Which means I changed name after my primary education. So apart from my FSLC, all my other certificates bear the name I'm using now. But to fulfil the requirements of the law, I swore a court affidavit of change of name in 2006 i.e 10 yrs ago. Secondly, I did a publication of the change of name in Punch Newspaper published on Sunday, 10th April, 2016 at page 47. Again, on 13th April, 2016 I swore another court affidavit verifying the Newspaper Publication of the change of name & the earlier affidavit I swore in 2006. All these were done in order to validate my FSLC since the name on it & the name on other certificates of mine (which am now using) belong to one and the same person. Which means I have two separate court affidavits & the Newspaper publication backing it up. I hope I will not be prejudiced because of it? I decided to ask this question because sometimes I entertain fear because of it |
DLioness:Ooh! am so sorry my sister. Thanks for the correction. |
obisite:Very good question. I think I love this. |
DLioness:Gbam! My dear u have said it all. I'm sure u must be my learned colleague. Pls let's join hands to educate the laymen here. Amaechi v. INEC is a very good precedence. |
DLioness:My brother I wonder oo. Just help me ask them. As a lawyer I am, I have quoted this comment before and I cited the Amaechi's case decided by the Supreme Court in 2008 as a very good precedent the court must have followed in arriving at its decision in the Abia's case yesterday. |
Nigerdeltaboi:Yes, even 3rd Mainland Bridge oo! Lol! |
united101:Yes if he has challenged the judgment of the court by filing an appeal in a higher Court, it means he is still deemed to be the Governor of the State until the appeal is finally determined against him. That is why most times they deliberately use frivolous appeals and other delay tactics to to prolong the case in court, because filing an appeal against a jugdment is like "arresting" the judgment and not allowing it to take effect. |
psucc:Pls get it right. It is PDP that is still in control. PDP has not been affected. It has not been changed or removed. It's just an individual candidate of the party that was removed and another candidate of the same party ordered to take over. |
olapluto:Pls try to read the case of Amechi vs. INEC decided by the Supreme Court in 2008. It was dat judgement dat made Rotimi Amechi the Governor of Rivers State & it has a similar scenerio (though not exactly the same) with dis one. The rationale behind the judgment was that although Rotimi Amechi never campaigned nor contested de gubernutorial election in Rivers State, but since the person who contested & won was elected on the platform of his party (PDP) & since it was PDP that won the election in Rivers State, therefore Amechi is the winner because he was the candidate duly elected as the party's flag bearer but was wrongly substituted. Now in this Abia's scenerio, since Ikpeazu's election was nullified on the basis dat he falsified his tax clearance, it means that he was never qualified to contest for the election abinitio & dat goes to the root of the matter. |
henrysam:Are u sure u actually read the write up at all? Or may be u have comprehension problem. They said Indigenes of Isiukwuato L.G.A of Abia State who reside in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, and they did not say there is another Abakaliki in Abia State. Pls always try to read very well first and try to understand before u begin to expose ur illiteracy and ignorance here. I even wonder why those zombie followers of urs clicked like for u. |
sugardad1:OP, is it all Nigerians that know the African star apple as Agbalumo? Pls do ur research well to know what other tribes call it before generalizing the name. For ur information, Igbos for instance, call it "Udara" and not Agbalumo. So the name "Agbalumo" is unknown to Igbos. Pls take note. |
dadebayo1:No. 1: T. A. Orji of Abia State. No past Governor in Nigeria stole more than him. |

ricsman:Gbam! You have said it all. In fact, you have made the best comment so far |
Ayooluwa25:Me, I applied for my own & I addressed it to de Registrar of de Uni (i.e, Ebonyi State Uni) & it was granted within 2 days of submitting de application & I didnt pay even 1 kobo. In fact, I didnt evn go there physically. I wrote de application & attached it with copies of my Dgree Cert, Stment of Rsult, Admission Letter & de Army DSSC online advert page I printed. Then I sent it to the school through sombdy & it was de guy dat submitted it at de office of de Registrar. Evn wen he got there, de Registrar wasnt around. He travelled. De guy then submitted it to one of de staff in de Registrar's office & left. Then 2 days later, I got a call from the Registrar's office telling me dat de Attestation Letter is ready. I then called de guy to go & pick it up. Which means de Registrar treated it immediately he came back. Meanwhile, de Registrar & his staff dont know me or evn de guy. |
Onyiido:Even me, I never knew she is as beautiful as this. See how beautiful and decent she looks now |
DirtyGold:You are very correct. And that is why I said that the First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) speaks louder than the First School Leaving Testimonial (FSLT). |
