Lion is AguNo sir! I disagree with you. You got it wrong. The poster is actually correct. Leopard is Agu, while Lion is Odum. Pls take note |
To God who made you and I, the last time I bought this Augmentin 625mg was in August/September, 2020 - just three years ago and I bought at N3,500 at that time. Then sometime in August this year 2023, I wanted to buy it again and I was told by the many Pharmacies I went that the price was N25,000. And now it is N57,000. May God help us because there is absolutely no hope in this country. We are finished. |
Adjovi:My dear, you are 100% correct and I totally agree with you. That is my bank too and I have been using it since 2012. I bank with 6 different banks and Union Bank remains the best among them. The problem is that people underrate the bank so much, calling it old people's bank but they don't really know that it is even more efficient than most of all the other banks. I have never had any single issue with the bank since I started banking with them. I have never before encountered any glitch or poor service whenever I am doing any transaction with their app. Very cool bank with fast and reliable service. |
helinues:My dear, your question is not out of place. So, do not mind the guy quoting and criticizing you as if he knows it all. Normally, the official sitting hour of all courts in Nigeria is usually 9:00 AM, but sometimes, some judges delay the sitting hour till 9:30 AM or till 10: 00 AM before they start sitting. So, I will advise that you keep your eyes glued on the Television from 9:00 AM. |
joyandfaith:. My dear, me too I dey reason am the same way oo. I don't see the possibility of APC escaping from the two attacks. Even if they succeed in escaping from one, the other must definitely catch up with them. In fact, that of APM is even a more deadly attack and it is most unlikely for APC to escape it except if the judiciary is compromised. |
senatordave1:Oga Law himself that claims to know better, have you read and understood paragraph 101 (b) of the Petition? If you have done so, what is the import of that paragraph? Pls educate me since I do not know the law. |
BluntCrazeMan:Thank you my brother. That shows you are a very good and diligent researcher who pays kin attention to details. Keep it up. Now, to lend credence to what you said, in paragraph 101 (b) of the Petition, Peter Obi and L.P. specifically stated thus: "101. At the trial, the Petitioners shall rely on all the 1st Respondent's electoral and other necessary documents used for the conduct of the Presidential election, including: (b) All INEC Result sheets - Form EC8 Series EC8A, EC8B, EC8C, EC8D and EC8E in both physical and electronic copies." I quoted that paragraph verbatim. This particular paragraph covers it all. So, you made a lot of valid points and I totally agree with you. |
senatordave1:Who told you that? It appears you have not read Peter Obi's Petition and that explains why you are talking like this. But I urge you to endeavour to read the Petition in between lines from the beginning to the end. To the best of my knowledge, if what you stated is the reason why INEC & CO are raising those objections, I can assure you that their objections are dead on arrival because the pleadings in the Petition are all encompassing. |
IamV:I am interested too. Pls go ahead and post it. God bless you. |
Bashet:Ok, if you are saying that forfeiture in Tinubu's case does not relate to crime, then tell us the civil obligation he breach or the civil duty he neglected so as to make the forfeiture civil related and not criminal related. |
N3TRAL:Oga, it is obvious you did not read the Petition in details before coming to post your comment. Or maybe you read it but did not understand it well. In one of the paragraphs of the Petition, he made it clear that Rivers and Benue States are the only two states INEC granted them access to inspect the election materials against the order of the Court. The Court ordered that INEC should grant them access to inspect all the election materials for all the States. But INEC violated the Court order and granted them access to inspect the election materials for only the two States of Rivers and Benue and refused to grant them access to inspect those of other States. And it was when they inspected the election materials for those two States that it was discovered that they actually won the election in those two States as against what INEC declared. And that is why they also pleaded the INEC's disobedience of the Court order by refusing to allow them to inspect all the election materials for all the States. If that is the case, then common sense should have told you that if they had been granted access to inspect the election materials for all the States, they would have discovered more fraud from many more States showing that L.P. truly won in those States contrary to what INEC declared. And I am sure INEC knew about this and that is why they deliberately refused to grant them access to inspect those materials because INEC wants to cover up every evidence Obi will use to nail them. Pls go back and read the Petition again from beginning to the end and make sure you read it inbetween lines for proper understanding. |

ZIMDRILL:Oga, it seems you did not read the post well and that is why you did not see where the OP stated that the lady move in with her four children after her husband's demise, which means that her husband is dead. |
N3TRAL:Guy, it appears that you have never seen the four walls of a University or even any tertiary institution of learning after your SSCE. Pls go and consult your dictionary or better still consult Google to tell you the meaning of Degree as used in the sense of academic or educational qualification. |
ysth:My brother, I tire oo! I don't know why some people are so daft that they don't even know the meaning of Degree or the level of education that one attains before he is awarded a Degree. What kind of Indomie generation children do we have on Nairaland these days? Or are they so blind that they cannot see where Degree is also written there as part of his qualifications? Tufiakwa to all these educated illiterates on Nairaland these days. |
Femifasola:Then Abakaliki in Ebonyi State is the best option. It is about 40 minutes to 45 minutes drive from Abakaliki to Enugu and there is no how you will enter the city of Enugu from Abakaliki without passing through the junction leading to the Enugu Airport. |
colorsofrainbow:Them just dey nack am akpako, beat am gwoogwoo, while him dey collect am wotowoto. Lol! |
Validated:You are wrong. I see no merit in the case. Remember that Okupe and Masari, on their own volition, expressed their lack of interest to run for the post of vice president after being nominated and as such, they voluntarily withdrew from the race. So, it is impossible for the court or anyone to force them to contest the post of vice president when they do not want to. On the other hand, you cannot expect their parties to contest the election without a vice presidential candidate when the earlier ones nominated by them have voluntarily withdrawn from the race. Rather, they must look for a replacement to fill their places. And remember that the court or anybody at all cannot expect their parties to conduct a primary election within 14 days in order to elect their replacement because in the first place, they were not selected through election as running mates to vie for the post of vice president, but were merely nominated. So, the best thing to do in a circumstance like this where they voluntarily withdrew from the race is to nominate other persons to replace them. Whether they were there in the first place as placeholders (which the law does not recognise) or not is totally immaterial. What matters most is that they voluntarily withdrew from the race and other persons were nominated to replace them. |
Ballzproblemm:My dear, you are very correct. You have just reminded me of those good old days in Secondary School that are still fresh in my memory. The way we used to sing hymns those days in Secondary School are the reason why I still love singing hymns so much even up till this very day. In fact, Gospel songs don't even move me the way hymns move me |
LegendHero:The "NEW" is the acronym for his full name, which is: N: NYESOM E: EZENWO W: WIKE |
jrusky:The most useless comment ever on this post. What a beautiful nonsense comment. So full of sentiment, emotions and hatred and no iota of good sense of judgment at all. Tufiakwa! |
Hizzy:Hahahahahahaha! Guy you too funny I swear. But in any case, you are totally correct. I guess the return leg will be played in Enyimba Stadium, Aba. Trust Aba guys nah. Everyone knows what Aba boys are up to and what they can do. Make the Plateau boys come Enyimba City, Aba boys are waiting for them to pay them back in their own coins whether they win, lose or draw. Na do me, I do you, God no go vex. |
OP, please before you post something like this again, you should first of all know that an issue like this is a pre-election matter and there is a time frame within which to institute an action in court against Obaseki and his party, PDP based on that issue. The issue of nomination you are talking about took place about three (3) months ago, while the election in which Obaseki emerged a winner took place on 19th September, 2020. So, if no action is instituted against Obaseki and PDP based on that issue within the time frame allowed by law, the action will be statute barred forever. Given the above, now answer these questions: (1) What is the time frame within which to institute the action in court, bearing in mind that it is a pre-election matter? (2) Has there ever been any action instituted against Obaseki and PDP on that issue of nomination ever since after he was nominated? (3) If No. 2 above is yes, was the action instituted within the time frame allowed by law? Please answer the above questions before I know what next to say. I am waiting for your response. |
Indispensable85:For your information, the Order of interim Injunction from Federal High Court, Port Harcourt and the one from Edo State High Court are conflicting Orders given by Courts of coordinate or equal jurisdiction and both are based on the same subject matter. So, the position of the law in that circumstance is that where there are two conflicting decisions, judgments or orders given by two different courts of coordinate or equal jurisdiction, the latter in time prevails over the former, because it is taken that the latter has overruled the former and the former becomes inoperative in the light of the latter. Therefore, the Order made by Edo State High Court on 23rd June, 2020 takes priority over the one made by the Federal High Court, Port Harcourt on 22nd June, 2020, since the Edo State High Court Order was made later and both are courts of equal jurisdiction. |
TheSkyIsBlue:OP you are talking nonsense. So, in this 21st Century and in this Computer age, you still believe in and practice the nonsense and stupid tradition called "osu"? Which kind village sef you from? Abeg, nwanne, pack one side oo. No come disgrace Igbos here oo! Judging from your grammatical expressions in your entire write up, it is obvious that you went to school, but it is more obvious that you are not educated at all. |
OP, you should also ask Dangote to relocate either his cement, rice, floor, sugar, salt, noddle or spagetti factory to Aba or Onitsha. |
itsme01:A lazy wife wey no fit conceive and born pikin for her husband go dey accuse her co-wife say na her co-wife be the cause of her barrenness and inability to born pikin. Just continue. |
