@Hussen24....Every recruitment deal you are involving yourselves should be verified very well because the game is not all about been fake or who is bringing you into the system but it's about your job security in future when your connect will not be there to defend your appointment letter. My little advise to all is to stay far away from anything coming out of Federal Civil Service Commission, FCSC into Ministries for now to avoid been scammed. You can focus on Agencies and parastatals for now and the connection should be a 5G connect if not, na disappointment awaits you o..

Panel Interview with the top management is scheduled for November ending at the commission's office in Abuja. Invite would be rolled out some days before then.

Top five candidates acording to performance in the online test and quality of CV based on qualifications and experience for every role advertised are expected to be shortlisted.

Being among top scorers does not give one the guaranty of making it to the next stage. A lot of guys that had high scores have been dropped because they don't have cognate experience and skills for the expected roles. All fresh graduates were dropped also. This recruitment is strictly for experience hires.

Some roles have stiffer competition than others. Some managerial roles candidates like principal managers even performed poorly in the CBT but would be invited as they are vastly experienced.

Circa 400 candidates needed for the next stage to select about 70 candidates.

They are calling for information verification. U can even join then in Kaduna for training even after they have called them if ur connect is 5G

This recruitment is a very competitive one and structured to get the best out of the best for each of the geopolitical zones for each role advertised. Only the top percentile will be shortlisted for the next stage which will come up at a later date. The goal is to select one candidate per role except a few with two vacancies

Those that missed their test should check their mail frequently for a mail rescheduling them for another test. In other not to miss out, ensure you send a mail to careers.support@nerc.gov.ng and

Those seeing 189 scores, it was meant to be the platform to display your total correctly answered questions but it was disapproved so it is a technical glitch. Computer will be programmed to choose those who scored 70 and above and they will proceed to the next stage of the exercise. Each stage of the recruitment Carries a percentage, at the end it will be collated and the highest scoring fellows will be selected.

Have all those they reschedule their exams finished? Someone told me they have not. So I want to find out if is true or not.

It all depends on the university, maybe new or old ones. Some of these new universities are capturing their new staffs regularly without much delay.

Hello friends, you may recall that I mentioned that my wife was invited for the EFCC exam. Although we are in Abuja, her exam center is in Port-Hacourt.

That's by the way, my reason for this post is to seek opinion on this....

I am also a public servant but I earn from the public service salary structure which pays me just a little over 80,000 as a level 10 staff. My wife knows that I am quite close to a presently serving Minister and also to an SA to the President. She has been prodding me to also get a note to EFCC HQ for job placement. Now, my questions are;

1. Can anything still be done if a letter is gotten from a serving Minister and submitted tomorrow?

2. Her sponsor is a serving DG, so there is no clash of interest with mine. However, is it ethical for spouses to work in the same organisation (that's if I am lucky to get an invite and scale through).

I'm 32, have a MSc, currently pursuing my PhD and I have over 8 years of work experience.

If you can, still give it a try. who knows, you might be luckier.
If you get the letter, all you need is a good plug at oagf. Infact, your senator will know sure connect at the oagf.





D process is too much I can't get any senator. Oñly looking up to God..

Look for a senator or rep member from your state to put a call across to the registrar or vc.
He'll just help you get "letter of introduction" from the school to office of the oagf.

I have been affected too since 2020, some people in my set have resumed because they used this method.

A lot of reforms are currently on going in the Federal Civil Service Commission which is why FG placed an embargo on employment since Lockdown in 2020. Until these reforms are completed, there might be no recruitment into the core ministries. However, there's possibility of them recruiting towards the end of this year.
