Started watching Daredevil, very good show. Any idea why it was canceled? I read that there is a two years clause in the agreement between Disney and Netflix which has passed now. I’m hoping they pick the show up on D+

Nova15:
Even in Earth one, Zod is Kal-El's uncle. And this is from the comic books.

Yes, in the EO storyline, Zod is Supes uncle. But mainstream, they are not related.

If they had used the EO version of Zod in MoS, his name would have been Zod El instead of Dru-Zod.

Is Zod not Superman uncle?

Did Superman not battle his uncle at the end of MoS as the guy rightfully pointed out?

Some people don't read to understand, they read looking for what to counter.

Zod is not Superman’s uncle.

It is not.

Nova15:
If you watch krypton. General Zod is the son of the Lyta-Zod and Seg-El, who's Superman's grand father.
So that makes Zod his uncle.

Well, that’s on Krypton series. This is DCEU, I don’t think they are related here at all.

This new trailer didn’t reveal anything we don’t already know of, so what’s the fuss about? And you keep saying it’s bringing nothing new, we’ve never gotten a full detective mode Bat film before, so that’s a first. It’s giving us a Bruce Wayne with mental illness, that’s another one, it’s would also show us Bruce’s parent involvement in Gotham’s corruption. Which other Bat movie have done all these?

I know you don’t really like the trust fund billionaire grin

I also don’t like him, but this particular movie will do just fine.

Warner Bros should take it easy abeg

Normally a movie is supposed to have only 2 trailers and a bunch of TV spots. How The Batman already has 3 trailers is beyond me...the DC Fandome teaser, the main and now this one

The most anticipated movie of 2022

Two trailers, one teaser.

Giving out his address was badass...
Like, one of the top boss moments in MCU...

Badass, yes. Stupid, also yes. It’s just like calling the details of your credit card to a scammer because you’re a policeman. You’d be like, I’m a policeman, they won’t dare hack my account grin

They could also work something out for that scene to be badass but for the sake of the plot, they had to do it as they did it. Normally, Tony should have just called out all of his suits for battle.

BP2 might be postponed...

A lot of issues going with BP2 production, postponement won’t be surprising, then we also have Aquaman 2 and Avatar 2 in December. I’m sure Aquaman would hold its own against Avatar but Flash should be moved away from that day.

Even without Snyder, how many DC movies have actually performed well?

Aquaman, Shazam, WW were not directed by Snyder and they performed well.

Bros, there's nothing special about the Batman movie that we haven't seen before.
Dr. Strange and flash bring something new. I am less interested in a Batman movie cause I see Batman practically in everything these days.

Bros, there is almost nothing special about previous Batman and Spider-Man content, check how they usually make money.

highest grossing has to be Dr strange and flash

Epic has to be Dr strange and flash also

The batman, Thor and Black Adam most likely will do well in the box office and with fans

Are you seriously ranking Dr Strange/Flash above The Batman movie shocked
