Glass Onion, all in all, is still a pretty enjoyable mystery movie. Just fell a bit of the mark of matching its predecessor.

It’s a very entertaining movie with many(little) things going on. On second or third watch, many will see things they previously missed.


One of my favourite little detail was when Miles was handing drinks to his friends, he gave each theirs in a customized glass, but gave Peg a generic red cup, we later see her customizing the cup with a marker pen

My issue with Snyder's Superman is not really even the death's. It's understandable.
The only major issue I have is Clark watching while his dad died. That's definitely not what the core of the character stands for. I can overlook that but that BVS shithood were Superman had to die, in just the second movie was the last straw.

Batman killing ain't my problem. My problem is killing Dick Grayson when we have a 20yrs old experienced Dark Knight without even giving us a glimpse of the Robin character. How do you build a franchise that way?

I don’t know if it was on this thread but I remember telling someone before BvS that casting an older Bruce Wayne may work for Snyder story, but a universe should never be built on that. Snyderverse should have been an elseworld franchise.

WB will always get the blame from me, they tipped the first domino by interfering with Snyder’s work. And since then, it has been a whirlwind of controversies and whatnots.

I don't see James Gunn's plans working, especially with this axing news everywhere. He will end up putting a death knell on DC characters because he is about to be Geoff John 2.0. I hope I am wrong though...

I don’t believe any of the axing news… yet. Gunn has said repeatedly that only he and Safran knows exactly what’s up with the DCU, so I’m hoping for a better news from them.

It seems James Gunn ain't taking any risk and just committing to just any DC project but i thought Gal Gadot as "Wonder Woman" is one of the best CBM casting in recent memory and at least deserve a trilogy but that dodgy sequel didn't help it's cause still.

If her pitch doesn’t fit in, then she should right another that fits. Or are they trying to axe Wonderwoman entirely?
