Hi in regard to ur post. I will advice you not to return to nigeria because you may never get visa to uk for the right of you. I tell you if u return voluntary that cool but you will face 3year ban not 1year uk will ban you if you return voluntary and pay for your ticket and people with record of deportation or fraud document will carry 10 year ban in your case you will face 3 year ban. Howver, you return to nigeria voluntary and after your 3year ban the chance of you get uk visa in the future are impossible because the ECO can not trust You and your application and supporting document. The best advice for you is to stay in uk and wait till you get married with kids then you can aply for discreption leave to remain in uk base on your kids. Otherwise returning like you said will spoil your future chance of coming to uk. Make sure u get this. |
What justice is saying is true if you have been refuse an irish visa base on deceit there is a chance u may be refuse uk visa too. My friend wife was refuse uk. Base on stupid reason so i want to apply for a irish visa for her but i decided to do some reseach before puting application to irish visa i discover that irish and uk share thesame data information which enable irish to discover many people that make application to irish had previously been refuse by uk and many that apply to uk had be refuse by irish many were refuse by irish or uk. However, the irish will place 3 year ban on you if found deceit not 10y this is stated clear on irish immigration web. But there is a chance of been refuse by uk if irish refuse you base on deceit. |

Pls can u advice me, my wife uk visa was refuse on two occassion the reason for refusing the last application the ECO stated on the letter of refusal that british embasy was unable to verify the letter from delta state university where she current study, therefore basic on the balance of probibility the ECO said she/he is not satify on her current circustance in nigeria. The reason why they have not be able to verfy this is because of the ASUU strike. However, my lawyer has taking the embassy to court basic on human right actle 8 which state the right to famil ly life and on the basic that my wife has a british husband and british son in uk she need to maintain contact with till she finished her study and apply for settlement visa. I have got The following document from nigeria newspaper that talk about the ASUU strike and newspaper that also talk about delta state university about the strike. I will be prsenting this newspaper as an evidence in court and other document printed from the internet as evidence. I have also inform my MP(member of palarment ) about the refuse the MP had also written to inform the home office(UKBA) the reason why they were unable to verify the letter was due to the strike in nigeria about this . Pls advice if i stand a chance of wining in court. |

funkybaby: since you are british and you reside in the UK, why cant your wife apply for spousal visa directly with the HO and have her join you in UK? |
pls if anyone know of this, pls advice me. I am a british citizen, my wife has previously been to uk to visit me and my son who is also british and my wife went back to nigeria to continue her study but now she has applied for visa to come on a visit to uk but she was denied two times the base they refused the last application was that they were unble to verify her letter from her university. The reason they have not be able to verfy this is because the ASUU strke in nigeria.the ECO said he/ she does not belive That my wife will be staying for the period she has stated. Howvere,my lawyer has taking the matter to court base on human right actle 8 of human right which state the right to family life and base on the fact that my wife has previously visit me and her son bfore and she return to nigeria to continue her studying is a enough proof she has no intention to stay in uk but only visit. Pls advice if i stand the chance of wining in court. I have plan to move to spain or italy to aply for eea famiy permit for my wife since there is a chance of irish refusing my wife vise becos she has be refuse two times by uk. Pls advice if the move to spain or italy will work out. |
