Twice I was very close to sealing up a deal. The only problem I had was that the buyer is always greedy. It seems all buyers are always looking for the cheapest rates and sellers are not willing to sell below certain amount.

I pulled out when I found out through revelation from my pastor that a certain deal I'm about to strike could make me lose my job if I'm not careful. Some members of Seller's mandate were also going behind our back to close the deal so I've to bail out. There are bunch of fraudsters and greedy sellers & buyers who makes this biz very difficult to work.

I live and work in the Lagos Island. I do 7-5, Monday to Friday and as such may not have much time to monitor any business.

I have thought about transport and haulage but the feedback I got on this biz is not encouraging especially since I won't be there to monitor it. I'm now considering importing wares and or electronic gadgets from Asia but I'm not sure this amount is enough for start up.

Will sincerely appreciate any good advice from everyone.

People tend to shy away from German cars due to ignorance.
all the mechanics I know adviced me against buying one when I sought their opinion. But I went ahead to purchase it out of curiousity and now, it's my favorite car. The only probs is that cost of the spare parts are on the high side. Apart from that, German cars are the best, especially if you buy the ones that comes with manual tranny.

It all depends on the general condition of the vehicle. Besides, It'll be hard to get a Tokunbo that is as clean as this one.

@ axeman, This is 2003 Nissan Maxima and not one of those 2000 posted on this thread , I just bought the car last month for my wife for 1.8m and she just secured a visa to study abroad that's why i'm seling and if you really want to be sure its the 2003 model , you can google it .Moreso i m not in a haste to sell , Drives so smooth and everything is intact.

The car is clean. I'm only wondering what made you path with 1.8 for this car in the first place. It's damn too expensive compared to the market price.
