Realdeals:
Reno is right, the Air peace CEO should talk less

Assuming Reno was in his shoes especially when he was been frustrated by forces within and outside for trying to fly the Lagos to London route
Him Reno would have ran to the media, infant Reno would have been in all newspapers, TV channels and radio stations

Imagine reno accusing a highly reserved man like air peace of talking too much
Meanwhile him Reno himself talks too much more than a woman and parrot 🐦

Ttipsy:
it’s actually a progressive status for IMO

But on the other hand, Agriculture needs to be looked into .

Everywhere should not be built up.

Your are right
But for now
It's just 25% so nothing has spoilt, Tokyo, Osaka e.t.c has more than 60% being built up
So we can keep building more especially around okigwe axis build more, then use ohaji, nkor okapla for industrial purposes, owerri and oguta for tourism, Orlu axis is already on autopilot in terms of commerce, then the isi ala mbano and onuimo l.G.A can be used for agriculture, so there's still more than a enough land

I noticed that our boundary areas with Anambra and Abia is highly built up! It's a huge advantage for us

Very unintelligent

Even when you remove Lagos which is about 3000km2, the rest of the SW has more built up areas than the SE which is just about the same landmass with Oyo State

I know you still won’t get it because you take advise from a mad man

Kudos to the person who did this breakdown
You not totally right
If you remove Lagos and it's extension in ogun state
That one will be around 2400km²
You will realize that south west is doing bad,
However the percentage matters not the landmass
I.e imo has more than mass than Lagos
So going by your analogy Lagos is doing bad when compared to IMO state?

From what you posted south west is actually doing bad, because if you remove Lagos which is about 3600km² plus the ogun state extension of Lagos which is about 1500km²
What's remaining of South West?

Like I mentioned in a similar thread.

Looking deep into the data:

That data is useless without the landmass. With the landmass included. Percentages are relative to something.

South East is 28,983km², 15.6% is 4,605km² I.e, only 4,605km ² of SE is built.

South West is 78,505Km ², 11.65% is 9,280Km ², I.e only 9,280Km ² of SW is built, thats 102% more built than SE.

South south is 85,315km ², 6.77% is 5,641km ²,I.e only 5,641km ² of SS is built, that’s 23% more built than SE.

North central is 231,677Km ², 2.99% is 6,927Km ², I.e only 6,927km ² of NC is built, that’s 50% more built than SE.

Northwest is 223,150km², 1.72% is 3,838km², I.e only 3,838km² of NW is built, that’s 17% less built than SE.

Northeast is 289,421km², 0.85% is 2,460km², I.e only 2,460km² of NE is built, that’s 47% less built than SE.

Therefore, Southwest, Northcentral & SouthSouth are far ahead of other regions.

Southeast, Northwest and Northeast need to buckle up
Metcheew from your analysis
Lagos needs to buckle up?
Because IMO state has a bigger landmass than Lagos

Politics / Re: FG Orders Linking Of Rail Line To Port Harcourt, Onne Ports by Nigercity: 1:40pm On Mar 30
Nice one from f.G
Another Win for Aba People
Containers coming in from onne to ABA
Have kiled alot of people due to road accident caused by bad roads, now the road is being fixed
Also with the rail you don't necessarily need to choose transportation by road you can use rail

Considered the fact that over 80% of the goods coming into onne ports ends up in ABA
This is a good initiative by F.G

APOPTOSIS:
Before this era, women never fought over such.
Those days wives would encourage their husbands to pick more ladies as wives and get them off the streets but see what we have in our hands today...
See what a wrongly adopted Feminism has caused.
This was never a problem before at all.

Today men are becoming Gays😭😭
The worst is many are spending their entire lifetime as as bachelors because they can't keep up with empowered and disrespectful ladies while our daughters are roaming the streets confused with cucumbers in their handbags
Exactly
Africa should return to polygamy
The same white people that told us polygamy is evil are practicing worse things like gay marriage, marrying cat, animals e.t.c
The same women advicing may yul to divorce yul edochie are the same women cheering Regina Daniels up and also wishing yul would pick them as 5th and 6th wife

They guy is a fool shaa
Imagine two girls slapping him
Shows he has always acted like a weakling

Rule number one never lay your hands on a girl
Rule number 2 if a girl lay her hands on you
Ignore rule number one and teach her small lesson so she wouldn't repeat it again

Politics / Re: Alibaba: Some States Should Have Been Local Government Areas by Nigercity: 9:24pm On Mar 19
Ogun should have been in Lagos
That place needs help, Lagos state government would have taken care of it

In btw
Aside they initially state first created by gown and murtal
Other states creation partly followed due process
In the sense that many people agitated for the creation of a new state, meeting where all fixed between stakeholders and name, capital senatorial zones e.t.c selected
