That being said, there's truth in your own assertion about the presence and historical influence of the Anglican, Methodist and Adventist Churches in present day Abia, Rivers and parts of Imo states. My maternal side from Azumini are Anglicans and the Anglican Church has more of a presence and influence in those parts than the Catholic Church has.

The Catholic church's contributions to education, health and childcare support in Igboland is too much for them not to have special status in the East. Now tell me, what has Oyedepo (or whatever you call him) done for easterners?
