It is A Wicked LIE That Bandits Are Not Being Apprehended.

A lie calculated to embarrass his Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR.

So we see silly stuff written, such as ''They arrested Kanu. Why can't they arrest bandits?''

''They arrested Sunday Igboho, Why can't they arrest bandits?''

WELL I DID SOME RESEARCH.

GOOGLE is such a useful tool for dismantling lies and propaganda.

Here's what I found on just the first page of Google:

https://dailypost.ng/2021/06/25/gunrunner-for-notorious-bandits-arrested-with-n3-5m-2-motorcycles/

This was just the FIRST PAGE of Google. Many more such arrests and apprehensions in subsequent pages.

Many bandits are rotting in jail as we speak.

They are not big names, so the media ignores them.

Now, arresting one man like Kanu or Igboho is a lot easier and more straightforward than arresting ALL the bandits in a 210 million strong country like Nigeria. There are thousands of them. So it is a longer effort.

Thank you.

And you forget to add, they have massacred hundreds of soldiers, kidnapped thousands of people including children, and are now shooting down supersonic fighter jets while increasing the space they occupy in Northern Nigeria. These are not bandits, these are your terrorist cousins.

So who is winning ?

Politics / Sunday Igboho In Chains And Pains, Weeping In Custody by NigeriaNawa: 7:57am On Jul 21, 2021

Yomi Aliyu, the lead counsel for arrested Yoruba Nation activist Sunday Adeyemo aka Sunday Igboho, has lamented his client’s treatment in the custody of the police in Benin Republic.

Speaking to The PUNCH on Tuesday, Aliyu said Igboho’s wife, Ropo, a German citizen, who was arrested together with the activist, was also kept in a separate cell by the police.

He said, “They chained him in the cell where they put him in Cotonou. There was a fracas at the airport yesterday when he was arrested. They hit him in the hand and that same hand was handcuffed, he is in pains and he was weeping like a child when I called, I heard him.

“The wife too was put in a separate cell but they didn’t chain the wife. He was crying, the wife was crying too cease he was writhing in pains seriously. We only pray they don’t pay anybody to kill him. You don’t out somebody in cell and still chain the person.

“You know he sustained injury and they didn’t take him to hospital for treatment. We heard that he is appearing in court tomorrow but I don’t know whether that will carry it out.”

Alliyu argued that “The Extradition Treaty of 1984 between Togo, Nigeria, Ghana and Republic of Benin excluded political fugitives. It also states that where the fugitive will not get justice because of discrimination and/or undue delay in prosecution the host country should not release the fugitive.

“Now, Article 20 of African Charter on Human and Peoples Rights to which the four countries are signatories made agitation for self-determination a fundamental right to be protected by all countries. This made Chief Sunday Adeyemo a political offender who cannot be deported and/or extradited by the good people of the Republic of Benin for any reason.”

He urged Germany, Benin Republic and the international community “to rise up and curb the impunity of the Nigerian Government by refusing any application for extradition of our Client who already has application before the International Criminal Court duly acknowledged”.

Politics / Igboho Yoruba Defence - What Igbo Leaders Can Learn From Hausa & Yoruba Leaders by NigeriaNawa: 1:07pm On Jul 20, 2021
I was just reading this article , titled Yoruba Monarchs, Lawyers Battle To Stop Extradition Of Sunday Igboho From Benin Republic ( http://saharareporters.com/2021/07/20/yoruba-monarchs-lawyers-battle-stop-extradition-sunday-igboho-benin-republic )

See how swiftly their leaders moved to ensure the safety and protection of their own despite misgivings and mistakes. I am sure many more will follow.

Fulani and Hausas protect and defend their own even though over 60,000 of them have died due to terrorism and poverty. They will never give up their own to the enemy.

But Igbos ? NO. We know it all, we are the intelligent ones, the most enlightened tribe. I put it to you that Igbo leaders are the number ONE ENEMY of Igbo people. They sold our peoples as slaves to the Europeans, they forced us into one Nigeria during colonialism which resulted in the death of 5 million of us after independece, and today the shamless idiots are still selling their own people, betraying their own people for a few meagre $$$ and little power. With a few exceptions, our leaders are a national disgrace.

Our leaders should learn from the Hausas and Yorubas and repent otherwise history and their people will not be very kind to them.

Politics / UK Foreign Minister Demands Explanations From Nigeria FG On Mnk's Abduction by NigeriaNawa: 11:43am On Jul 20, 2021
The UK Minister of State for the Commonwealth, Lord Tariq Ahmad, has demanded that President Muhammadu Buhari’s regime explain to the British government how it repatriated Igbo secessionist leader Nnamdi Kanu from Kenya.

The request followed a debate by the UK Parliament on July 7, during which British lawmakers discussed the UK government’s assessment of Kenya’s role in Mr Kanu’s arrest.

Lord Alton of Liverpool raised the issue at the House of Lords, seeking to address the controversies surrounding the transfer of Mr Kanu to Nigeria against his will.

“Lord Alton of Liverpool to ask Her Majesty’s Government what assessment they have made of (1) the alleged role of the government of Kenya in the detention and alleged mistreatment of Nigerian activist Nnamdi Kanu, (2) the circumstances surrounding the transfer of Mr Kanu to Nigeria against his will, and (3) of any assistance being provided to him by the High Commission in Abuja. HL1665,” a parliamentary schedule seen by Peoples Gazette stated.

In response to the parliament’s debate, Mr Ahmad said, “We are seeking clarification from the Nigerian Government about the circumstances of the arrest and detention of Nnamdi Kanu.”

Mr Ahmad also confirmed claims by the British High Commission in Abuja that the UK government was providing consular assistance for the IPOB leader.

“The UK has requested consular access to Mr Kanu from the Nigerian government, and we stand ready to provide consular assistance,” he maintained.

While Mr Buhari’s regime has refused to make public how it repatriated the IPOB leader from Kenya, the UK government had clarified that Mr Kanu travelling with a British passport was not arrested within its shores.

IPOB had also accused Kenya’s special police force of arresting, detaining, and torturing Mr Kanu before the authorities handed him over to the Nigerian government. But Kenya, through its high commissioner to Nigeria, Wilfred Machage, refuted the claim.

According to him, the East African country was not involved in the whole process.

But findings by The Guardian, a UK newspaper, indicated that he was arrested in Kenya, as Mr Kanu’s UK passport remains in Kenya.

He was said to have entered Kenya this year with his British passport on a visa expiring in June, the newspaper reported.

Also, Kingsley Kanu, a brother to the British-Nigerian citizen, claimed that they spoke over the telephone a few days before his arrest in June.

Politics / Reminder News - Bandits Gathering Money To Buy Anti-aircraft Missiles, Says Gumi by NigeriaNawa: 11:13am On Jul 20, 2021
This is a reminder and confirmation that the terrorists in Northern Nigeria have sophisticated weapons and even missiles to bring down war planes.

Nigeria is in big big trouble.

Ahmad Gumi, a prominent Islamic cleric, says bandits are gathering money made from ransom to acquire anti-aircraft missiles to repel any attack from security forces.

Gumi had met with some suspected bandits terrorists in a forest in Zamfara state.

After the meeting, he asked the federal government to forgive and compensate them, saying most of them (bandits) had lost all their possessions to cattle rustling and extortion.

Speaking in an interview with The PUNCH, the cleric said the activities of bandits may become a full-blown insurgency if the government does not act fast.

Gumi said bandits know the terrain of the forests better than the military which puts them at an advantage, insisting that the best tactic is not to use force but to “pacify” them.

“These people were the first victims of cattle rustling, who lost all their cattle to rustlers because then, the rustlers were having the guns. Then when they lost their cattle, they joined (the rustlers) and they started to kidnap people. In fact, most of the kidnappings, they (the bandits) are doing it to acquire weapons. They are now trying to buy missiles, anti-aircraft missiles. This is already developing into a full-blown insurgency and we should stop that,” Gumi said.

Like I said, they are collecting ransoms to buy weapons. They want their cows, not money. They are doing that (kidnapping) to raise money just to buy weapons to repel helicopters and airplanes and to attack anybody that is going to attack them. You have to understand the psychology of these people.

“When you offer them amnesty, they drop their weapons. Then you go in, build schools for them, build hospitals for them, get them censored; get them registered; then you can control (them).

“You can’t have access to them through the gun. Honestly, they know the terrain in the bush more than our military. So, it is better to negotiate with them.”

The cleric said the bandits have informants in the armed forces who provide them with information.

They have collaborators everywhere – in the armed forces, everywhere. One of them said, ‘Even this cattle rustling, we don’t have trailers to transport cattle to where they are slaughtered. We don’t have an abattoir.’ So, there are people who are (collaborating with them). Even the kidnapping of the people, they said, ‘We don’t know these people; it is the people in town that will tell us a certain person has money,” he said.

He asked the government to embrace dialogue in dealing with the bandits to forestall the spread of their criminal activities to other regions of the country.

Biafra is one thing but Isreali in our borders is another, I don't trust those MOSSAD guys, you might be surprised those Irealis could be MOSSAD agents possibly hiding a nuclear button somewhere the sole of their shoes.

The fact that we want Biafra some things must be stated in clear terms that Biafra shall be a sovereign state and not a puppet of Isreal or any other power.

So let the Irealis go and prove their innocence first, it is just that Nigeria had been mismanaged if not I don't see why Nigerians should be worshipped anything oversea, Isreal a country just constituted a while ago from scattered jews around the world shouldn't be the country Nigeria should be bowing to in the first place if not for the nepotism and tribal caging that had set the country back in folds.

As we keep hoping for Biafra or AlaIgbo Republic, I will maintain that Nigeria MUST stand her ground in the committee of nations, MOSSAD and Isreal have some question to answer on the timing, arrival and the motives of those crew.

Nigeria is a sovereign state and no one will boss us in our own borders, Secessionist have their place, grace and right but these rights and privileges does not extend to foreigner whoever you are or wherever you come from.

If Isreal does not seek diplomatic and bilateral solutions let them do their worst.

If the Boohairy government can be supported by the Arab countries and Muslim West African countries, I see nothing wrong with a powerful ally like Israel for Biafra.

Meanwhile, do you know that the Pegasus spy software that the Nigerian NIA and DSS use is supplied by Israel ? Israel has a mountain of information on Nigerian security and will even collect more as the days go by.

The film crew were warned not to come but they came anyway meaning that there is something sinister about the whole trip.

Forget about 2023 , 2021 & 2022 is gonna be interesting.

I love them bro.

Politics / Why The Arrest Of Igboho And MNK Is Nothing To Celebrate. by NigeriaNawa: 9:21am On Jul 20, 2021
Sometimes, it is better to do things covertly and in a very subtle manner, rather than creating a raucous which then creates a volatile environment in an already explosive situation.

Now, while I am an MNK fan ( not supporting all of his views ) , his arrest while against international law was expected in the sense that the cabal wanted to lay their hands on him at all costs and he had caused many of them immense stress and sleepness nights.

But the arrest of Igboho is counterproductive. He has not harmed anyone; he has not killed anyone - all he did was clamour for the protection of this people and furthermore ask for self determination. Yet, his house was invaded, his folk killed, wife kidnapped and even the cat arrested on suspicious of being Igboho himself (does the DSS believe in Sango ? )

This is at a time when bandits have become more brazen in Northern Nigeria, even shooting down fast moving fighter jets, not once but twice. There is only one available means to shooting down high speed fighter jets and that is missiles. Who armed them with missiles? Hmm. These same bandits kill dozens of soldiers and police on a weekly basis and yet the response is always a half hearted air strike here or there and capturing a meagre number of rag tag poverty ridden so called Boko Haram soldiers.

One wonders why this government is willing to fight so many battles on many fronts (you cannot win a war with too many battle fronts) and making dangerous enemies within and outside the country ( Imagine playing with fire by detaining and torturing Israeli citizens).

If anyone will destroy Nigeria, it will not be MNK and Igboho whose only crime was to ask for a referendum for self determination, it will be the floundering government, their stooges and the huge number of followers who prefer living in the disunited country of Nigeria which is rapidly failing than a modern restructured and more progressive union of states.

I can assure you that contrary to the expectations of many on this forum who are singing songs of praise for the capture of Igboho, it will all end with tears for them and for their rulers. This is not a maybe or if, this is a fact.

The capture of Igboho and MNK will only fuel the already tense situation in a country marred by terrorism, bloodshed and poverty.

I don't think Nigerians will ever unite but I know that those Nigerians who want a better tomorrow for their children will be the winners at last
