1: sign a contract
2: get a guarantor or a collateral
3: I borrow without interest but if I give you 250k for instance, we calculate the dollar equivalent as at that day. You must agree to refund me in dollars. The exchange rate must surely go up and that is my interest.
4: I don't keep up to 500k in naira per time. I save my money in foreign currencies.
5: whenever I am running short of naira, I reduce my expenditure until money enters again.
6: if it is not investment, health issue or a matter of life and death, I will not have any need to convert my money to naira. I'd rather sell some of my stuffs. Some people will think it's because am broke but it's not. I have stuff that I know deep down that I don't truly need. Eg TV sets in all my rooms, washing machines of different sizes, several pay TV decoders, multiple standing fans plus a/c and ceiling fans etc.

Some of these stuffs were bought to support the hustles of friends and family relatives.

Each time I sell my stuffs, I know I have exceeded some financial limits and I adjust. This is my rule, it might not work for everyone.

Peter Obi warned that a time will come and we will be unable to service our debts. They called him Obi China for recommending the production model of the Chinese.

He is alone in his mansion with domestic servants and has instructed his kinsmen to not recognize his children if the wife doesn't turn a New leaf.

His demands to his children are simple, come home regularly. To his wife, let us relocate home and spend our last days at home but none of his wishes were granted.

When he dies now, they will show up for a man that retired at Barclays bank and gave his children the best of education.

Marriage is a sacrifice to me. When you love, expect nothing in return. If you are loved back, beautiful. If not, move on. My uncle is an example. He is back with all the people he turned his back on because of his family. The family now have not seen him IN SEVEN YEARS

When the purchase of FG refineries by Alhaji Dangote was cancelled by HE Yardua, Alhaji Aliko Dangote ran to Asiwaju Tinubu after most state governments and governors in the SS gave Dangote a cold shoulder. Today, through the assistance Asiwaju Tinubu gave Aliko Dangote, Dangote Refinery is taking off to help us stop the petrol subsidy killing our naira and public finances.

In fact, if I were Tinubu, I would mention emphatically that Peter Obi lives in the Lagos I governed and then, proceed to list my legacies in Lagos Such as Lekki seaport, Eko Atlantic, Lekki trade zone, BRT, millennium schools, enormous increase in Lagos revenue etc

They should also emphasize on the fact that Tinubu has never taken any federal position hence no one should blame him over what he has no hand in.
