Yes he has the capacity to carry all ethnic groups along and this is mainly due to his detribalized disposition.

PoliticsRe: Black Marketers Take Over As Filling Stations Run Dry Of Fuel by Nightingale99(m):
Shame on us all, shame on the educated and enlightened ones. The average Nigerian thinks himself so sharp and wise yet a look at the people governing us shows we are not as smart as we think.

All the first classes, professors, inventors etc all that shiiiit that makes you feel you better than others is just rubbish. If you can keep silent and allow this unprecedented hardship, impunity, hypocrisy and buffoonery go on.

When good men keep silent, evil thrives. We're suffering and smiling, too afraid to even protest the hardship.

Hate how my people are suffering, hurts even more knowing I can't change the status quo.

Sucks to be a Nigerian.

Sucks to be a Nigerian.
In a country full of young brilliant intellectuals and innovators, this fucker says Buhari is the best candidate. Common already! Nigerians arise o compatriots and let's chase these old blood sucking, docile and destiny destroying politicians.

Misplaced priorities if you ask me. When you still have refugee crisis on your hands, IDP camps poorly funded/ managed and terrorist attacks still at an all time high. Nigeria is just an unfortunate with the crop of leaders we have.

This tithe is becoming embarrassing as the day good bye, if you don't hear about tithe in church, you will watch in on TV, I will rather buy food for the poor, assist in transport fares for genuine individuals and do others when am capable than give it to a rich man. Too many gullible people in the land.

CrimeRe: My Encounter With 'Dreaded' SARS Operatives In Lagos; Man Narrates His Ordeal by Nightingale99(m): 7:44am On Nov 04, 2017
A bunch of thieving bastards. I don't understand why our government choose to turn a blind eye to this glaring evil and societal menace called SARS. I make bold to say the idea of having an elite squad for combating crime is laudable but trust Naija we don't go the extra mile to ensure there are checks and balances in the system to avoid abuse of power.

SARS in its current form is plain Evil and should be disbanded immediately.
BusinessWhy Lagos May Collapse - Donald Duke by Nightingale99(op): 2:22pm On Nov 03, 2017
Former Cross River State Governor, Donald Duke, has warned that the economic pressure on Lagos may make the state collapse.

He gave the warning at the official launch of the National Competitiveness Report and Sub National Index held in Lagos.

“We are living in a fool’s paradise. We here in Lagos are cocooned from the realities of Nigeria. Take a trip to Borno State; go to parts of the north and the Niger-Delta”, Thisday quoted him as saying.

Duke recalled that he was discussing with Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede and Aliko Dangote, when the latter told the story of a boy whom he found at an Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) Camp and asked for his father.

“The chap looked at him (Dangote) but did not understand the concept of fatherhood. He is in the IDP Camp. There are thousands of them in those camps; there is no hope for them; all they do there is just breathing.”

He lambasted the Buhari government for showing more interest in politics than economics.

“And if you don’t get the economics right, then governance cannot work. You cannot be competitive when you are not productive. The first thing is how do we get productive?”

Duke also criticised the way states in Nigeria have been set up.

“And there is no master-plan to make each one of them an economic entity. So, we have a country, where a blessing (exponential population growth) is turning into a curse, because in the next three years, our population will be 200 million, yet all the productive indices are going down.

“Lagos may be crowded out. Every year, 750,000 new people come to Lagos to reside, the economy cannot support that. So if you don’t get the rest of the country working, Lagos itself will collapse.”

Start by erasing this mentality.
PoliticsLets Make Nigeria Great Again. by Nightingale99(op): 6:06pm On May 14, 2017
Haven't we suffered enough Great youths of Nigeria? I know we are resilient to a fault and our elastic limit to endure pains, setbacks and disappointments is second to none.

However, it smirks of cowardice to keep complaining. Its time to ACT. The Nigerian system has failed us period! This isn't about PDP or APC, I have been opportuned to visit other climes and I can categorically state that it doesn't require rocket science to put down similar infrastructures the developed nations have on ground.

Ever wondered why our roads are poorly built yet a comparative analysis of the cost is similar if not more than the ones found in places like the UK or US. Or why after 50 plus years basic amenities like electricity and portable drinking water still eludes us?

With a working system in place we don't have to worry about white collar jobs. Starting a profitable business would be easy, but our case is different because you literally have to become a "government" onto yourself providing your own infrastructures and amenities for your business to thrive.

Great Nigerian youths we are smart, hardworking and energetic yet we allow these old folks in government trample on our destinies.

Reality check: Most of our leaders came into power in their twenties and early thirties, but here we are even in our thirties roaming aimlessly with no direction in life.

Please, please and please again. Let's bury our tribal differences and prejudices. Let's start asking real questions and demand the change we deserve not the ones promised us by persons who are driven by greed, ignorance and quest for power.

Nobody will give you your right unless you demand it. Let's ACT now.

Final note: Let's put an end to tribalism, name checkers, name calling, nepotism etc. because they are major distractions carefully engineered to make sure this rotten status quo is maintained.

Kindly give your comments and feedbacks on the way forward. Let's start this movement!

PoliticsHe Deciphered Apc's Top Echelons Hidden Agenda by Nightingale99(op):
Jonathan may not be the best president, BUT Buhari isn't the saviour of Nigeria either. Buhari's lead financiers and entourage (my grouse is mainly with Tinubu & Amechi) are TERRIBLY CORRUPT. They are power hungry, bitter and disgruntled individuals with different hidden agendas ( or not so hidden because its easy to decipher if you follow events).

1. Amechi's main agenda is to get back at President Jonathan period! The promise of making him Buhari's running mate made him dine with the devil. (Meanwhl Prof. Osinbajo was later chosen while he was reduced to mere money bag at the expense of Rivers people)

2. Tinubu's own agenda is to feed his kleptomanic impulses and extend the dominance he has on the south west to other regions of Nigeria.

Isnt it baffling that all of a sudden every PDP reject became saints overnight in APC and are preaching "change".

Never in the history of Nigeria has a C in C been so tolerative of insults, false acquisations and propaganda. Trust me Buhari can't take a quarter of the bull.isht or insults you guys throw at President Jonathan. (Dude's got a thick skin and that is a quality of true leader).

During Obasanjo's tenure you dare not spew trash about him because he'l come for you. His tenure recorded the highest number of high profile political assasinations in Nigeria.

You guys keep saying Jonathan is too corrupt yet Transparency International in a recent publication vindicated him. We keep blaming Jonathan for every ill in our country yet we have institutions established and funded with task payers money to fight corruption, bring development and administer justice. I propose we also hold our institutions, state, local and ward governments accountable.

President Jonathan despite his short comings STILL is the lesser of two evils and he has my vote.
