Taking off Salah in order to park the bus is by definition a Plan B.

We can agree that his Plan B (taking off a defensively suspect winger in order to be more compact) did not work.

We can also blame him for building a top heavy squad that has no defender worthy of playing for a top 6 team....maybe apart from Clyne.
