On that Chelsea's board, Emenalo is technically the only one with football idea. No purchase or sale is done without him knowing. So why wouldn't I blame him.?

One of the reason he and Mourinho always had issues. Mourinho knew the team needed to be fortified last season, but see the kind of players that were gotten for him. Apart from Pedro, others were mediocre players.!

Where is Miagza, Baba, Luis, Papy, Falcao, Pato, Kennedy, Micheal Hector? Where are these lots?

The point I'm trying to make is that Emenalo cannot be held responsible because he does not make any decisions. He doesn't cut the cheque.

Where this argument died the last time was when Ibime and Griffon both agreed that Marina Gravanoskaia is the one that negotiates the deals with the selling clubs - yet neither one of them was able identify how Marina determines a players worth. I mean, it's not like there's an argos catalogue for footballers where a picture of each player is listed next to their prices in neat columns.

If Emenalo is not the one who cuts the cheque, then he surely cannot push for any player...he can only suggest.

Papy did not play for us. Rahman barely played. Neither is at the club today. Most people will agree that Matic, Cahill and Ivanovic at the very least, are currently our worst players.

Maybe the Tactics are faulty because there are no real personnel to execute the tactics. Your combination of Kante - Oscar - Fabregas maybe too offensive and the work load will be too much for Kante.

The 3rd goal on Saturday for Example. Everyone was out of position except Kante and he got turned like hot amala. Even the 2nd goal. Kante was coming to help Fabregas after Fabregas had become "Aja Arin." And Kante slipped again.

You remember our game against Real Madrid during Pre season, Oscar partnered Kante/Matic (Can't remember), and some of us complained here that why would Oscar patner a 4, but it was pre season, so no problem.

So the question now is in a 4-3-3 formation, won't Oscar sleep off and füück Kante up when we are caught on the counter.?

Luiz as DM makes sense. He's fast, he's got good technique and can pass/drive the ball from deep.

When Terry and Zouma come back, this your configuration could be a good combo. I still feel Oscar offers a good mix of offensive and defensive skills, especially when compared to defensive specialists like Kante and Matic....but yeah that Combo sounds good.

Matic has already explained that when he's on the pitch, both him and Kante are almost exclusively there to defend. What I dont understand is what Conte was expecting offensively, when even Oscar is talking about wanting to defend and tackle, then you know why we are on a long thing.

The tactics are faulty. Remove Matic, Play Oscar, Play Fabregas.

Conte should not make the same mistake as Jose by continuing to play Matic who offers nothing offensively or defensively over Fabregas. Jose had European success and his history at the club for some protection. Conte has neither. Carry on with this ishonlized footy, and he will be gone faster than Buhari's credibility.
