When you get banned in one section, you are usually free to post in others...

I quickly went to check Coogar's post history.

All the insulting posts he made in this section over the last 24 hours have not been hidden. He was still posting here at 7:45 am this morning.

The ban message always shows you the section you are banned from - that's been cropped out of his screenshot.

Then that could be used as an excuse to avoid coming to publicly address the allegations against him.

Now I'm not saying he's lying but:

1. What solicitor opens at 9am on Saturday morning?

2. What solicitor will take a case based on monikers? 'Babe3' is threatening to expose 'coogar'. I can't imagine that holding up in court

3. They've both admitted to being in different countries. If the real life 'Babe3' ignores this letter, in which country's courts will a case be lodged?

I smell lies... But I cannot categorically say one thing and Oga at the top say another!

i just got back from the solicitor's office and i couldn't speak prior then cos someone banned me for whatever - i don't know anything about it.

my solicitor will get on this matter by monday and issue a cease & desist letter to the accuser for the libel or the slander as the case may be.

what irks the most is i can no longer say anything in public to defend myself now that a legal team has taken the issue on board.
