I am not here to criticize you jare we all make mistakes nobody is above it except God that created us. If you liked her and approached her and she refused it's ok. U respected her view but she is taking advantage of that fact then she isn't mature. What I think you should do is, talk to her about her attitude towards work and ur customers if she doesn't change then u can sack her and tell her the reason behind the sack.
