smajatt: torrent is a peer to peer service that operates base on the principle of you give me i give you......if i for instance av a file you nid "i.e the full file",i will have to seed it out to u in order to also acquire the filenow since the transfer of the file is in bits..it means if you download files from me and at a point in time i dont have a gud network again you will stiil be able to download the file as long as there are many seeds."i.e ppl who have the complete file you want to download" now the trick there is this..the ppl downloading the file are know as peers while the ppl who hav the complete file are known as seeds...the download of files with torrents works lyk i said base on d principle of giv me i giv u...in other to download at a gud speed u also nid to upload at a gud speed..if i as a seeder does nt upload the file u are downloading at a full speed then u cant download at a full speed so it goes on and on....bt in general torrent downloading is the best for me,cos even when downloading files as large as 20gb u can always resume where ever u stopped nd as long as the seeds is kk u will download at a high speed..you can always Google to know more about torrent cos its the deal dis days.infact most of the whites use basically torrents apart from Indians love to use idm.

French President Francois Hollande has said allegations that the US bugged European embassies could threaten a huge planned trade deal.

Negotiations over the EU-US pact, the biggest bilateral deal ever negotiated, are due to start on 8 July.

Mr Hollande said there could be no negotiations without guarantees spying would stop "immediately".

US Secretary of State John Kerry said earlier that activities to protect national security were "not unusual".

German Chancellor Angela Merkel's spokesman, Steffen Seibert, said "bugging friends is unacceptable... we are no longer in the Cold War".

He added that Germany wanted the deal to go ahead but "mutual trust is necessary in order to come to an agreement".

There is a moment in the classic film Casablanca when Claude Raines - playing the chief of police in the city - marches into a building he well knows is a casino and utters the immortal line "I'm shocked, shocked to find that gambling is going on in here!" A moment later an employee hands him his winnings.

At one level European leaders can hardly be surprised that US security agencies were spying upon them. Most governments spy on each other - whether friendly or not.

The problem though here is three-fold. Firstly the very public disclosure of what has been going on; secondly the level of detail; and thirdly the scale and scope of the US operation. This appears to have genuinely shocked EU leaders.

The revelations will inevitably influence the climate of negotiations for the new US-EU trade deal. Such an agreement is good news for both sides and is unlikely to be jeopardised President Hollande's threat notwithstanding. But reaching a deal in this new context could be much harder.

Snowden sanctuary

The allegations of US security services bugging EU missions and the embassies of friendly European countries - including the French, Italian and Greek embassies - come from documents apparently leaked by an ex-CIA analyst.

Edward Snowden has been charged in the US with theft of government property, unauthorised communication of national defence information and wilful communication of classified communications intelligence.

He is believed to be at an airport in Moscow, and is seeking a destination safe from prosecution by the US authorities.

Green parties in France and Germany have called on their governments to offer Mr Snowden asylum.

"Someone like that should be protected," said Juergen Trittin, leader of Germany's Greens.

"He should get safe haven here in Europe because he has done us a service by revealing a massive attack on European citizens and companies. Germany, as part of Europe, could do that."

Green Party leaders have also called for existing US-EU agreements on the exchange of bank transfer and passenger record information to be cancelled.

The EU's foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton raised concerns about the reports in a meeting with Mr Kerry in Brunei.

He said he did not know the truth of the allegations, published at the weekend by Der Spiegel in Germany and the Guardian in Britain.

The first round of negotiations over a major new trade pact between the European Union and the US are due to start in Washington DC next week, but could now be delayed.

France only cleared the way for the talks to go ahead in mid-June, after EU members accepted its demand to shield movies and online entertainment from the might of Hollywood and Silicon Valley.

1. UNILORIN is one of the most hotly competitive schools.
2. UNILORIN Post UTME is tactical but to be frank very easy.
3. You will be tested on different subjects e.g English, maths, current affairs, logical Questions e.t.c
4. The Post UTME is a computer Based Test (c.b.t)
5. The payment 4 post UTME and other fees is strictly online via interswitch and other mediums.
6. Anything below 50 in Unilorin post UTME just forget about it.
7. The more competitive your course the higher the cut-off mark.
8. To be qualified for Post UTME as at last year
i- You must score 200+ for all courses
ii- Engineering 220+
iii- MBBS 240+
9. Unilorin allows for a change of course during its POST UTME i.e if u didn't score up to the required cut off for ur course in JAMB u can change to another course in POST UTME.
