MOROVINA:

He lived in Nigeria till 2004, left first for Malaysia.
We did Pre-degree together in LAUTECH... He is Nigerian.
That's exactly what I'm saying. He left Nigeria almost 20 years ago.

Would it be wrong to say, he could have been influenced negatively after he left the country.

There are thieves everywhere, enough of media attaching the country's name on people who break the law or are in bad books.

17 years is enough to form a new ideology and be influenced.

They call them Nigerians when they commit crimes but they will be swift to call them Nigerian-American (African-American) when they do exploit.

Was he raised in Nigeria? When last did he visit Nigeria?

Lets call him Nigerian-born American.

Health / Re: FG Considers Sanction For Nigerians Who Refuse COVID-19 Vaccination by Niorte: 3:45pm On Aug 31, 2021
Crazy people.

If after taking the vaccine, they are afraid of those who have not, then the vaccine has not done it intended purpose.

You should sanction people who refuse to send their children to school,
Sanction people who refuse to make resident doctors work well
Sanction people who created failed economic policies.

COVID IS THE LEAST OF OUR PROBLEMS.

Poverty is ravaging the land.

MALARIA KILLS MORE NIGERIANS THAN COVID. Make Malaria drugs free of charge.

Thank God for the internet, if not for the internet, some of us would have lost our voices in the society.

Religion / Re: The Sack Letter Of Pastors In Winners Chapel Over 'Poor Church Growth' (Photo) by Niorte: 9:59am On Jul 19, 2021
Excuse me, where did you see inability to generate income in the letter....

Church growth index was written there.

If you are a pastor and you cannot win 50 souls per year, then you probably don't carry grace or anointing.

Enough of being paid for work not done.

The work of the father require haste.

If you are working in a regular company and you do not meet target, will the company still keep you?

Church growth index includes, increase in church attendance, increase number of new workers while retaining the old, increase number of ministers, and also increase number of new converts. If this certainly increase, then tithes and offering will also increase...but tithes and offering are not the main reason or target.

If you are an employer, you must set target for your employees...it is on that basis that you can evaluate them....call it KPI.

Remember he who hires you can fire you.

Give God your best service.

Kandeed:

Well it might please y'all to know Buhari just acquired a whooping number of 12 turboprop engine Super tucano aircraft and fortunately for us the NAF just graduated one of the most gallant 6 wing pilot trained for destruction. Now here is the calculation. you know Egypt is an enemy of Isreal? Buhari is a Muslim same with Egypt a Muslim nation to. all Buhari need do is ask for permission from Fattah al-sisi to deploy 10 of the Tucano to Egypt and await his command to bombard Isreal to the ground. everyone will be shocked and then, there will be a new birth of Nigeria as Nations will now apportion that respect we deserve and finally we'll have a sit at the UN security council.

OMG too much sense will not kee me
What a shallow thought. Why not google top 10 military in the world. How can you compare Egypt with Israel?
If Nigeria seek ally in Egypt, do you not know that UK and US are ally of Israel? Did you even watch what Israel did to Palestine of recent? Did you not see the mechanism they used to defend their people from the Palestinian rockets? Does Nigeria even have a means to defend you when war breaks out.

War is not a good thing to people.....Israel are war ready but Nigeria is not....

Let's respect country that deserve respect. Israel are peace loving....but have records fighting wars...

As long as it involves a pastor, some people will believe.

How can a pastor who has a wife rape a lady in the presence of two other women?

Even someone without brain will not do that.

Sin thrive in loneliness and secrecy, not when you have two or more extra people.

The story is illogical.

Religion / Re: Prophet Badu Kobi's Prophecy On South Africa Comes To Pass (Throwback Video) by Niorte: 10:25am On Jul 15, 2021
Just like a teacher can sometimes teach what is wrong but he still remains a teacher.
A prophet's prophecy may fail and that does not make him a fake prophet.

He prophesied England would win Italy but they lost....actually I do not think that was a prophecy but a prediction.

He prophesied Brazil would win Argentina but they lost....that one too was a prediction.

Prediction has to do with chosen an outcome from a possible number of outcome but prophecy is forthtelling what has not been made known to the common man so they can prepare, take caution or prevent it.

Please also note that you cannot truly know real prophets just by their prophecies manifestations but by their fruits you shall know them.

Prophet Jonah and the people of Nineveh
Prophet Isaiah and King Hezekiah

Everyone can have different gifts of the spirit but we all must have same fruit of the spirit.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: My Bad Experience With Palm Credit (Transsnet Financial Nigeria Limited) by Niorte: 2:46pm On Jul 14, 2021
Believe me, I started using loan apps while I was doing my second degree (my thesis).

I was forced to use these app because I was expecting a scholarship fund which was delayed, so I had to get some fund to complete my project. I borrowed from BRANCH, PAYLATER (now CARBON), FairMoney, AELLA and PALMCREDIT.

I was borrowing and repaying on time. This made them all to increase the amount of loan I could get. Three years down the line, I have built a good credit score. I have NEVER defaulted for once. I work in a good establishment and I am a key person in the organisation. However, life happens, my investment collapsed and I was also defrauded. I was unable to pay my loans.

BRANCH was calling to know why I defaulted considering my good record, they were also giving me tips on what to do to reduce my loan repayment...they were really fantastic.

CARBON....Left me for a while, then they started disturbing with calls every day....I almost had heart attack...but they were still considerate.

AELLA....They were not too forceful on repayment. I paid them quickly as it was a small loan I collected.

PALMCREDIT....The worst of them all. They almost gave me high BP. Their loan was small but their threat was the greatest. They ssent a message that they would sent to all my contact that I was a thief and fraud who ran away with their money. Oh my God, Me that I have lived a good life all my life...how can i be declared as a thief....my wife must not know this, how about my in-laws, people at work, coursemates, pastors,.....I had more important people on my contact list, I could not imagine the reputation damage that would cost....I just had to borrow money from a friend to pay them. THEN i learnt a lesson of my life, it is better to borrow money from a friend or family member than to borrow from these loan app. They can soil your good name just because of N5000. After making payment, then some money entered into my account....they debited me, and the loan I had already paid did not reflect....I chatted them, they were playing me from one agent to the other. The one who sent a threat message to me said, he was not in charge of my account that he cannot reverse the debit, the one who was in charge of my account, was more of an illiterate....he kept sending threat messages to me even after I had made payment...later she would sent threat messages to me and tell me to ignore. I was like, Why not remove my number from your list of debtors. It took about 2 weeks before their system clears off my debt. Next time, if I see Palmcredit....I will never stop by. Up till today my excess fund is still in their hands.

FAIRMONEY: This one is very dubious. One day after your repayment due date, they will start adding interest to it. No grace period at all. I borrowed 80K for three months...after paying two months, I decided to pay for the third month even before the due date....so I can have access to get another fund, guess what....they gave me same loan but this time, they wanted me to repay in just one month.

I thank God I am free from them all today.

Based on my experience, the best loan app in Nigeria today is BRANCH, the second is CARBON....Outside these two...run away!

In everything I give thanks to God, I learnt in a hard way never to borrow money just because you qualified for a loan.

THANK GOD I'M FREE TODAY....SERIOUS IT IS NOT GOOD TO BE A DEBTOR

Actually it was Elsy who handled my marriage notification.

Her name should not have been mentioned.

It was written BOLDLY that marriage processing is done ONLINE.

The fact that you pay for it means that you want the person to help you.

After paying Elsy 25K, I wanted to pay her for helping out too...but of course my wife stopped me. She had already gained 10K from us.

Please investigate Passport office too, they are worse off.

Reason they choose Ghana is simply for ONE reason and that is due to NEARNESS to Nigeria. They could have gone to EGYPT, SOUTH AFRICA OR KENYA....but they have the biggest business leads and opportunity in Nigeria.

I am not in support of Twitter-ban, however, I think a move by Toyota deserves a strict taxable policy from our government.

They have the right to locate their business anyway, we also have the right to determine what enters our country. If we fail in security as a Nation, we should not fail in economics as well.

However, I pray the government will wake up to its responsibility of protection of lives and property and creation of an enabling environment.

Let our government hunt them.

For all I care, four out of every 6 vehicles on Lagos road is TOYOTA.

Every TOYOTA product coming from any African countries should pay double for import duties

That way government can still make money without them having office hear.

To the youths saying it is good for Toyota to open plant in Ghana and not Nigeria, I understand your position based on the security of the nation but on the other hand, how will our youths get job when what should be a source of income to us is taking out.

Let us give TOYOTA the twitter-treatment, it will significantly hit them hard.

Business / Re: How FG Will Tax Profits Made By Global Tech/Digital Giants In Nigeria — Osinbajo by Niorte: 9:11am On Jun 28, 2021
The problem is not tax.

The tech company will pay if you want them to.

The problem is that the tax we have been paying, we have not benefitted from it.

What benefit do I have as a Nigerian who pays my tax monthly? You use my money to pay ransom to bandits and upgrade repented boko haram while me the tax payer still gets nothing from the govt.

In as much as they want to collect tax, let them specify what the tax collected will be used for.

That's the beginning of accountability
Religion / Re: Those Who Lived Wayward Life In School Get Better Opportunities Than Church Goer by Niorte: 4:10pm On Jun 25, 2021
READ THIS WITH OPEN-MIND

First, I have seen many christians prosper after school. God will never leave nor forsake his own. A friend of mine, a Christian, gained scholarship through MASTERCARD, he is now in Vancouver Canada, enjoying life. He is still a Christian.

Another, still a Christian, got a good job during NYSC in Abuja....today he is rich and fine. Still a Christian. And me, enjoying life as an affiliate marketer and still with office work...i'm still a Christian.

Hear this out, every Christian is bound to face temptation and challenges but God has promised to see us through. He says in His word,
Many are the afflictions of the righteous but the LORD delivereth him from them all.

Sometimes, Satan, the Prince of this World, intentional makes "life to be good" for the unbelievers so that they would think they do not need God since life remains rosy.

If there is no consequence to evil, men would continue to do evil....Satan only elongate the day of consequence but it will surely come.

Don't be deceived by the temporary success, to him that endure to the end, the same shall be save.

If only in this world we have hope, we are of all men most miserable.

The joy of every Christian is that no matter the challenge that comes our way, God will see us through.

Apostle Paul says, I know how to abase and how to abound, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Fellow Christians, no matter your challenge, do not give up on God, at the right time, He will show up for you.

If you are living in sin and you're still prospering, know that it is the plan of the devil to destroy your soul by making you think you don't need anything.

COME TO THE LORD SIDE.

It is very simple. She gave birth through a surrogate. Meaning, her egg and her husband's sperm were fertilised and then implanted into a woman who has been paid to carry the zygote for nine months. The woman does not know them but they are responsible for nurturing the woman for the 9 months.
