See as striker dey jump to score headers. See good crosses from full backs.....we need a change in strategy, we have missed it since 1908.
There are several ways to score goals, not just penalties, there is cross and nod, tap tap tap till you break the defence, long balls with a pacy striker upfront, counter-attacks No one should come tell me that our strikers cant jump, or they are not strong. Nobody should come tell me that our midfielders cant pass, please dont tell me that our full backs cannot cross. Na death make fish bend abeg! |

Is it not Aston villa that flogged the almighty Liverpool?
Even Leeds would have done it but Liverpool escaped. One offs. When you see situations where Liverpool gets beaten consistently by small teams, then you can say Liverpool is in trouble. The analogy no make sense. Liverpool won’t ever say that Aston Villa or Everton is a rival......never! |

LostMyZeal: Over the years, what we MUFC fans have failed to realize is that MUFC has fallen off the perch ...it doesn't matter how you wanna look at it, but we have simply fallen off the fvckin perch, and since that title win in 2013, we've had to live on past glories and that's delusional
Since SAF left, only two teams have had an impressive trophy haul....and that's Chelsea and Man City
The biggest problem at MUFC is the fact that the people around the club have failed to face the bitter truth about having fallen off the perch...so they do all they can to try to make the success speedy and automatic instead of going back to the drawing board to strategize carefully.
There's always this urge within the club to hastily get back to the glory days and that urge is usually accompanied by desperation which other clubs have had to leverage on over the years and that gives credence to the messy transfer windows we have been having.
WE ARE LIVING ON GLORIES OF THE PAST Y'all better face the hard truth Yeah. The fans have refused to move on, we keep putting pressure on the board and management through the press, ex-players, legends etc. Also, social media has not helped at all. Why not leave them to do what they need to do? I am so sure those guys don’t care about DNA and Traditions Sh1t, they want to hire and fire for success. Meanwhile, going back to the drawing board for another Fergie era is not a good option. Why? Social media, other clubs have seriously become more competitive (top 4 vs top 6/ , sponsors (we have so many of them) want success, same fans will still ask you why we haven’t won a trophy since 2017. Go check how European and American companies see lots of success these days. Inorganic growth! There is no time to grow organically, continue to be aggressive with acquisitions because it is faster and it leads to quick wins. Apply same to football, no time to check time. Bayern, Chelsea, Madrid, Barca, Juve etc will continue to dominate the game because they don’t care about organic growth, they will continue to sack managers to achieve success. That is exactly what we need. It may sound counterintuitive, but it’s a strategy that will continue to work. Fuvk DNA! |

Homegrown players such as Mason Greenwood, Teden Mengi and Brandon Williams can remain on the B list, which could be added to up to 24 hours before any particular fixture. Someone will still come tell me that this squad is still not good enough to do wonders. O god of thunder, where art thou? |

They put top scorers and top appearances on the website. Joezinho: Was Ole a good player ? Yes..
But a club legend ? NO!!
He spent 11 years at the club. O'Shea spent 11 years at man utd and played more games. Does that make O'Shea a club legend?
He won the 99 UCL for united because he was at the right place . Lest not forget that sherrigham also got us the equalizer. Beletti came off the bench too to help Barcelona to a 2-1 UCL victory.. Does that make Beletti a Barca legend?
Ole was a good player but the term "United legend" is a very exclusive club and I just don't think Ole is good enough to get in that group..

engrelvis: l want to believe what makes u a club legend is yr overall contributions ,individual n unique gift.I think d treble success of man UTD in 1999 is what is ole d legend tag.let me digress.look at d GIBBS n Jackson five musical group. All three members of Gibbs r all regarded as a legend today because d main guy( Barry) didn't leave. He was d live wire.D golden voice. But Michael Jackson left n d rest dey say is history. I dnt think d media will regard other Jackson five( maybe with d exception of janet) as legend today. If Michael didn't leave all Jackson 5 wud v been called legend today. U get it.d success of 1999 is what is covering ole.individually he is nothing. Thank you. Exactly the point. He was nothing! |
