What was Amorim thinking sef? He started with Eriksen and Casemiro, in a 3-4-3 or 5-2-3 formation, literarily. Great that he eventually figured it out by removing Zirkzee for Mainoo. But it was too late. Seems he has not figured out the strength of his players after over 11 games. The number of games he’s managed this season is more than a preseason for fuvks sake.

I pity Zirkzee sha. I remember we all agreed that we needed a young team with some experienced guys. ETH did exactly this. Now we have a new manager and we are saying the youngsters are not good enough. I don’t get, what’s the expectation now? Replace them with more experienced players or 20-23 year old super stars?

I am seriously worried for us. I suspect we will try to keep Amorim and get him 3-4 players in January, but the whole 3-4-3 won’t work and we would still get relegated.

What you don’t know if if players don’t suite a style or are not in sync with the manager’s tactics, they will never perform. Only very few superstars will try to make something of anything that the team don’t agree with.

This 3-4-3 formation will not work with this players period, we don't have proper wingbacks that are suppose to be bombing down that flank, allowing Amad and the other better left attacking winger to join Rasmus in attack. Our attack is remain flat and Rasmus isolated until we can get players who know how to play the formation wella..

Using screw driver instead of a hammer to nail something won’t ever work. We possess the ball mostly at the back because our runs are being tracked by opponents. Also, switching to back 5 when defending won’t allow us make easy transitions when we snatch the ball off opponents. 3 at the back when attacking exposes us to swift counterattacks. Everything is just wrong!
