So Epik marketplace doesn't include Bin for domains that is not registered with them. Someone please clarify on this

For those that are still skeptical about EPIK marketplace, I think you should give them a trial.

Afternic suspended my account after listing some of my domains with them. The ask me to prove of ownership of the domain. I sent screenshot of my Epik account. But they keep sending the same message over and over again what do I do?

go to your epik account screenshot it showing the domain you register with them and the address bar and send to them via email

Chill man i dropped it here because that keyword codon and condos and condominium a little search will show you it has vast end users. Someone here might be lucky with the right combination of keywords many names like that have been sold for xxxx and some listed for xxxxx..
And nobody is competing with anyone we are just following success pathways.

This Oj samson of a guy can really make good use of opportunity he has been selling condominium domains Condo, Condos. Adding some good keywords at the end you guys should explore this market

Never intended to use that email though because the reason for the picture was for my YouTube channel just tried it with outbonding mistakenly i noticed i get replies from that email than what I used at first. I am just 2 months plus in this domain business and I have sold 5 domains and recieved two offers from that email with a photo. Thanks for the advice

I have been using the yahoo boy approach for my outbonding since i joined this business. My email address has a white mans name and picture. The reply i do get from not interested persons comes with respect, until yesterday i decided to use my newly created email with my Nigeria name and do outbonding this morning woke up with a reply let me give you $1 for it

I was so excited I billed her around 6,000$
She was just reading my mails then boom lady said not interested,
I don't know if its the price or not just interested
I mailed her again with a great reduction on price she didn't even answer me.

Maybe I will try one more time with another great and final reduction

I did the first set of outbound same day. No replies.

I did another today with new set of end-users. 15 actually.
I also slashed price from 500 to 300 immediately.

One of the end-users immediately bought it. He messaged me that he has bought it. Thanking me for the heads-up.

No mail from afternic yet.
I can't also login to my afternic account.
Is this normal?

Does it mean that this domain cannot be sold ? I observed that from the domain, Florida and gas were trademarked while propane was not thus, had a trademark risk of 30%. I have read about trademark domains on namepros.

To be practical, if an individual has a domain like this or similar ones, is it wise to buy it or sell it.

someone said this to me after negotiating for $400 instead of my asking price. I just went to godaddy input my domain which shows premium because i listed it with afternic coppied the url and told him he can purchase the domain from godaddy by visiting the link which i coppied. He went ahead and bought it at my bin price from godaddy. I believe the bosses here have a better idea
