Prof Corruption: Segun has finally realized there are two sides to a coin. Iloh's story has now been put in proper context thus exposing the underpinning guile and artifice. Since the credibility of the story is now in question, I am not surprised he is backing out of the biafran nonsense.

My uncle married a woman from Nnewi last year and during the engagement, we were robbed not because the fucking robbers were carrying guns, but because we were driving on a bleeped up road. I dont see anywhere on NL rules that says only people from a particular state can comment on threads from their states. It is only on threads on Lagos state that I see such hypocritical comments from your likes. Demdem, Eko Ile, Gbawe, Take Dat and all the other ACN gangs post comments on all those threads of other states and no one has ever questioned their right to. While they have made considerable impact on our continent and abstain from our politics (as far as we can see) something tells me they are just trying to edge the west out by playing good business partner. Their exploits in tibet and absolute disregard for human rights make me wary of them.

A client of mine had dealings with a chinese company that was supposed to ship some products to him after he had paid for them. I wrote to the company when they refused to comply with their own end of the deal. Their legal system is crafted to favour one side only - Chinese.

I'd rather deal with a british company that respects trade agreements and at least have a modicum of respect for rule of law.

Barely one week after the inferno that consumed parts of the famous Jankara market, at the Isale-Eko area of Lagos State, the Lagos State Police Command yesterday said it has arrested the owner and importer of the firecrackers which caused the fire.

This is just as two buildings including the one occupied by a newly wedded couple on Jones Street around Ebute West area of Lagos, were Wednesday  razed by fire
The owner of the storage facility which housed the exploded firecrackers, Mr. Semilore Olalekan, was said to have been arrested as part of ongoing investigations into the fire.

Hard to tell. Both were very bad leaders but the peculiar challenges facing Nigeria, during the period of their respective leadership, means it may be impossible to make a definite and absolute comparison. I think what is important is to understand that both were very woeful leaders more concerned with amassing stupendous wealth via cornering Nigeria's income for themselves and their cronies .
