I think stress , having a lot to do and on your mind can contribute to this. If you don't already, try to let someone take care of the baby more often if it is possible. Also let someone else help with your chores. I believe if you have less to worry about, your body will relax. I know it is not easy but try it. Express milk in bottles if breastfeeding, so anyone around can feed the baby.Play soothing sleeping music, there are lot on YouTube to help set the mood whenever you want to sleep be it morning, afternoon or night. Since you have tried medication, then I believe you need help and support from your partner/frien. Thanks dear for your response, I will give it a trial.

Please how do I get rid of insomnia, it's been four months I put to birth, and it's affecting my BP. I HV gone to hospital, tried many medication to help restore back sleep all to no avail, still making use of sleeping tablet before I could sleep, pls who have experienced it. Any remedy. castor oil aids contraction with doctors prescription, I normally take it before delivery, my own contraction doesn't come naturally,

intake d glucophage, it doesn't cause miscarriage, squeeze garden egg leaf and utazi leaf together and drink d juice, eat more of proteneous food. U r good to go but failure to control with will cause miscarriage and birth defeact.

Good afternoon mummies and Daddies am new year and I will kindly need your help in my first baby pregnancy I don't have hbp issue but after giving birth to the baby I started having hbp which I manage with drugs and healthy life style now am pregnant for the second baby but am still having hbp doctor place me on Aldomet, vasoprin and nifedipine but since Aldomet is scares I have to go for dubatap but still my BP range is always 134/87 or at worst 154/97 please am scared I don't want hbp to make me loose this pregnancy because I got secondary fertility issue before I can get this I really need your help and advice and if i have anyone that have go Tru this stage before note am 10weeks gone.

reduce ur salt intake, take ur drugs as prescribed by ur Dr, rest, nothing will happen, I have experienced it. I was given aldomet then to be taken two tab in d morning, afternoon and night, I guess u r still in d first trimester when u enter 2nd and third, it will normalise with d help of d drugs.

Aldomet is good to control hbp in pregnancy.

Pls did they used to check d original certificate or only d photocopies at the pv centres

Yes u can deworm ur self, as long as your baby is up to four months. I have done so. But make sure u tell ur doc so that they can prescribe for u d one that is suitable for nursing mother
