Please i don't understand. Are you saying that there shouldn't be any gap in the last 10years of work experience? For my primary NOC, i worked between 2010- 2012. Secondary NOC between 2016 to date. Between 2012 to 2014= i was schooling so no work experience. So does it mean im not eligible for express entry? WeAreDLucky1s: I am going to advise you based solely on what I did.
Q: Is the employment letter and reference letter enough? A: YES!
Q: Are there other documents required? A: NO!
Q: Can you add other documents to support? A: YES!
Q: Should you add other documents to support? A: YES! Do whatever makes you sleep well at night. REASON: You'll have many nights where you'll pray sleep comes quickly because of one thought or the other regarding your submitted application - surely you do not want to have any sleepless night as a result of your negligence. - So, JUST DO IT!
Q: When is other documents MANDATORY? A: When you're unable to get the Reference Letter in CIC/IRCC recommended format, or when unable to get it at all.
Q: What are other documents you can add? A: ID Card, Payslip/stub, Promotion Letter, Employment Letter, Retirement Letter (if you have )
Note, although you may be tempted to add all your office documents, emails, pictures, dinner party, and employee rosters just to prove your point - Please don't. Just keep your application simple. It is very difficult to get an automatic reject without them asking you to provide more information when/if they need clarity. At the least, you'll be given 7 days. And to buttress it, nothing or no one has been able to prove that ADR or cumbersome application got them PPR faster/slower than usual. So, just keep it simple, despite your search for peace of mind and quality sleep time.
I hope this has been helpful, and I'll like to thank you for reading. |

Please someone should answer me thanks Nkydechik: Happy new year every one
Can i successfully use my employment and contract renewal letters from my company which has every detail required by CIC except the number of hours per week? Note that i work part time (twice a week) however the number of hours of work per week was not stated. I really do not want to go asking for a reference letter so as not to expose myself and to be frank i doubt i would be given in the format required. Thank you |

Felicitations! Tu es une source d'inspiration enorme pour moi. I remember you once said that you are fighting a "war"..... today you have won the war and i am so happy for you. May the remaining process be smooth for you. yemozyn: Amazing result. Your hard work and tenacity eventually got you here. You guys performance have been inspirational to those of us preparing.
I would like to ask a question please concerning your CO and CE. Apart from reading some other materials and listening to Rfi and others. Was it the 85 long text and the 6 listening practice on the same link that you used towards focusing on those two sections that helped in getting CLB 9 in those 2 sections?
Once again, felicitation |

Thank you very much. You are too kind.. I noted your corrections. Thanks once again Mamaroon: Apologies for the delay...also I have no TCF experience so please take comments below with a pinch of salt
Previous message/comment was deleted by NL ....so no more french words
Good effort. You may have spoken more about the country being francophone as mentioned in the question. Maybe also speak a bit more about your firm specific activities even in the evening (you did this in the 1st part, well done).
Good use of expression for "overlooks the beach" maybe use imparfait
Last line should be "learnt alot" .....remove d'.......I think.
Noticed you used futur and conditionnel....great.
All the best! |

Practice and a bit of coaching is not a bad idea. The core skills are transferable.
What must happen is that you have to give yourself a few days to adjust and prepare for the TCF format.[/quote] |

Pls i need an urgent advise so as not to make a wrong move. Thank you Nkydechik: Hello all, your advice is kindly needed. Tef preparatory class will soon begin at the allinace francais close to me however i want to write tcf. The preparatory class for tcf is held only in PH which is quite a distance for me. I can only go there to write the exam but cannot join the prep class which last for 1 month due to my job. Pls is it advisable to join the tef preparatory class? Will it cause some sort of confusion to me or will it help me to prepare for tcf? Thanks |

Hi , Pls can you kindly shed more light on the back up phrases for speaking? Thank you. Mamaroon: Thanks so much for sharing.
Although materials seem limited, there are quite a few websites that you can use apart from the 2 TEF books. Also read this thread again from the beginning. Njbybrthnly posted some grammar books, Ayboye posted about EE part B, DanMisla and Bellerin also posted about use of good grammar for EE in general. And Bellerin also had some phrases for when you are stuck in EO and concentration during CO.
For listening....daily listening to french radio helps, I think
For writing...I think mastery of french grammar and a bit of creative thinking and writing is the key here.....an intriguing or funny story for part A and dialectic essay style reasoning/argument for part B.
For speaking...having a hand full of fall-back phrases may help
For reading...you are almost there with CLB 6, daily reading the papers...le Monde etc may do it.
I myself have not attained the goal yet o...still striving.
All the very best....you will get there. COURAGE ! |

Pls my people i need help. My profile was declared to be no longer eligible and i have seen what the issue is. Now the problem is i am not able to create a new profile. Each time i try it dosent take me to the page where i am to input all my details after using the eligibility tool. I am really disturbed about this. Some one pls help me. Thanks @adunnee nomad26: Congrats on your PPR. Why don't you send an email requesting to submit your passport to the Lindon VO? People have successfully changed visa submission centres in the past. I'd suggest giving it a shot, I think it's better than the Accra headache. |

Thank you very much for your reply. I now know the reason for the ineligibilty. Its my POF. I guess the range was updated by CIC and i didnt go back to ensure mine was still within the acceptable range. This is a leson everyone should learn from.
Thanks

Create another profile using another email address, update your PEI EOI profile with the details of the new profile. Do it ASAP.
