Before importation Next time. Ask your supply the weight of your products. Even tell the supplier to write your name, contact information ( your phone number) and the weight of the products. Cvm might check your weight load if the have the instrument to check it.

Sorry about this sour experience bro. To avoid this next time, always instruct your seller to write the weight of your goods on your package. You should also ask them for the weight too.

As par shipping company, I think you shouldn't us chrisvic again. As it is, their shipping fee is high and they have a minimum size of goods they will ship for you. Let me explain, if their minimum weight us 15kg, once you use them, they charge you for shipping 15kg even if your goods weigh less than 4kg

greetings to all members of this thread...I am a new mini importer and I imported some goods about 10 days ago by express but it arrived yesterday(Thursday) .The problem now is that the amount to pay for shipping is outrageous,I used chrisvic and they told me d kg of d goods but I never expected it to b up to that.I am going to pick up d goods tommorrow .so I want to ask if there's any way I can check d weight of d goods over there and also in case of next time when I want to import,how do I know d weight of d goods before ordering for it.Thanks all in advance for your prompt responses.

I do not know why you are teaching? Whatever reason(s) that brought you into this profession, I believe you deserve a good pay. Some of us receive 10k-40k, others 50k-70k, others 80k-120, others 130k-150k and others 150k-k's. All these categories of remunerations are available but you need few things to get a good one.
1. Determination and Focus- be determined and focused. Start somewhere and aim/target big. I started teaching job with 10k.
2. Be unique- Do not always do your things as usual. I could remember I payed for website hosting in August and put the website in my CV. It gave edge over others. I wrote a novel which I showed the manuscript to my interviewer.
3. Take Risk-Leave your comfort zone and try new things. I was teaching in Mainland-from 10k to 16k to 38k and 100k(Lekki) after a month 20k added(120k now). But how many of us can abandon 2 months salary of 38k(76k) to pursue an unsure job? Yes, I did it when my employer wanted to use it to hold me .
Leave your comfort zone- there are schools here in Lekki, Ikoyi, VI, Ajah that you can fit in perfectly into. The School that is paying me 120k just started with 14 students.

2, Another friend used his Bsc project experience
3, Another friend used his experience as President of SIFE, a students group in his undergrad days
4, Another used his experience as Chairman of Fund Raising committee of his religious association on campus and during NYSC.

All of them were successful.

That's why I always advise students to engage in extra curricular activities

everything comes down to wat u have in ur cv...
Particularly wat you have as work experience... dy will ask you what you did there, trust HR dy are gonna be looking for holes... They will definitely find, buh the lesser the better...

Some ppl will say am a fresh graduate... Dis guys believe u must have done internship or at least nysc and if you where active you must have been involved in a project..

Speaking of project, you can talk about your BSc thesis... Research articles... Group assignment you did in school... Etc...

If you search yourself you will always have something to say for that question... The koko is to be confident fluent and also "ur brain processing at 1Gbps"
