Thank you, Pansophist, for the customer you did bring
Your kindness has made my business take wing
It's hard to express my gratitude in words
Your generous gift has made my joy soar

You have enabled me to take a giant leap
And start my business with strength and deep
Your faith in me has been a blessing
And I am thankful for your generous lesson

Your generosity will not be forgotten
Your helping hand has been a great boon
You have opened doors that were shut
Your support has been a great asset

Your kind deed has been a great surprise
Your kindness and thoughtfulness are truly wise
For this, I'm forever grateful and thankful to you
Your generosity will stay with me forever true.

pansophist:
The gift of love (random poem).

I am not the only man you've dated, I'm even not the one you gave your virginity to.

I'm neither the richest, the handsomest, nor classiest you've been with.

You told me that you loved me, a declaration that I desperately wanted to be true. But my heart weeps that your love comes without
"the gift of love".

Your love comes with emotional baggage, a reckless sexual history, and a huge list of alphas I'll forever be compared with.

......................................

I'm insecure, though it may seem irrational to you, but it is what it is. I should feel like a hero since I acted like one to you, but I feel down, that I'll never measure up to the corruption of your past.

I provided, protected and lead. I spent my energy out there to guarantee a sweet life for us. I am your soldier, your shoulder and your Superman. But my sophistications are meaningless in the tsunami of brethren you compare me with.

I married you under the sanctity of religion, which demands submission and sexual purity from you. A gift you didn't gave to me.

And in the seeming face of this lack, I still suffer the consequences of your past, a past that is seen as "experience" by you, but to me, a trauma.

.....................................................

I feel little when when you unintentionally make statements that compares me to other men, and I wonder why you didn't end up with them.

I feel insecure to know that you've been with men I didn't measure up to, and even worse, you feel genuinely dissatisfied that I can't replicate those experiences.

But life would have been easy for us if you didn't corrupt yourself beforehand. There would be no references that will be a basis for comparison.

Your past have made you unhappy, made me feel unappreciated, and insecure in my masculinity. And I ask, what's the gift that comes with your love?

...................................................

As an expression of my love, my duty to you are non-negotiable. But your duty to me depends on your mood.

Even if we argue, you're assured of a nice place to sleep, good food and good life, a duty from me that never fluctuates. But intimacy, a core need for me has been had lastly in Easter.

I go out there into the world and fought hard to be a good husband, but coming back home, feels like the outside world part two.

It's sad that you are not aware of how your past have shaped you badly. How it made you combative, argumentative, and disagreeable.

................................................

How it has made you lack appreciation for the things I do for you, since you've always had better from men who didn't consider you worthy enough to wife up.

How it has made you so egoistic, lack self reflections, and approach relationship with an hierarchical mindset, where you must be served, instead of corporation.

You've made me a slave even if you denied being a slave master. Because if I have the responsibility of your sustenance, without the authority, then it's servitude.

And if you enjoy the privilege of my care, then have the authority of how things should be done, but without the responsibility, then it's slavery for me.

.....................................................

I hope the day comes when you can wake up from your subjective way of seeing the world, and realise that there is "your truth", and "the truth".

I hope the day comes when I'll be assured that your educational experiences made you more established in your femininity, not turn you into a masculine fighter who always have to dominate.

I hope the day comes when you'll see that submission is where your strength lies, and that you'll never go far trying to win, fight and achieve things via malice.

And most importantly, I hope you realise that my calmness is not weakness, but strength. That my presence may not last long, if you refuse to sit up.

................................................

Until then, I'll keep being a good husband to you, a good father to our kids, and a good man to the society.
Well well sir, thanks for bringing in my first customer smiley

My life I crafted, my goals I seek
My newfound strength, I couldn't deny
Thanks to Pansophist, I'm finally an Alpha guy!

Title: A Special Birthday Gift

Today is your special day,
The day when you were born,
A day of celebration,
A day that you adorn.

We've shared so many memories,
We've laughed and we've cried,
We've faced all the obstacles,
Never giving up the fight.

I want to thank you, my love,
For your constant care and affection,
For being my rock,
For your sweet protection.

For all that you do,
You're the one that I adore,
On this special day,
I have something in store!

Your birthday is here,
A time of joy and cheer,
And I have a gift,
To make it even more special, my dear.

This gift is my love,
That will always be true,
It's something I'll give,
For all the days of our life through.

Title: Eternal Love

A wife's love is strong and evergreen,
She cares for her husband and stands by his side.
Her love is unwavering and ever so sweet,
A loving bond that will never subside.

She stands with him through thick and thin,
Showing her support with a gentle kiss.
No matter the battles they fight together,
Her love is an unbreakable bliss.

When times are tough and her husband is down,
She stands tall and guides him through.
Her undying love and loyalty,
Gives strength and hope anew.

A wife's love is infinite and pure,
A bond of love that'll never die.
As they experience life's joys and sorrows,
Their love will remain eternal and high.

Title: Yearning for the Future

I wish I could have never been born,
To never have felt the pain of scorn,
To never have known the sting of hurt,
And never have had to feel so curt.

Oh, to never have had to feel so low,
To never have known the depths of woe,
To never have faced the darkness of night,
And never had to suffer such a fright.

But I'm here, searching for a hope,
To find a way to help me cope,
To look for a better future to come,
And to find a source of strength and not succumb.

I wish I could find a place of peace,
Where I could find a measure of release,
To find a way out of this mess,
And find a way to put life to the test.

For I yearn for something better to come,
And to wake up and find I'm no longer numb,
To find a way out of the darkness,
And to find a future that I can harness.

THE STUBBORN GOAT

Once upon a time, there was a goat so stubborn and proud
His horns were so long, they reached up to the clouds
He'd strut around the meadow, showing off his might
Thinking himself the king of the forest, day and night

He'd scoff at the other animals, and treat them like fools
He thought he was the best, and followed no rules
One day, he saw a bridge with water below
But he refused to cross, no matter how much they'd plead and cajole

The other animals were desperate, they had to get to the other side
But the stubborn goat just shook his head, and refused to budge or abide
So they all came up with a plan, to get the goat to go
And they were desperate enough, to try anything they know

One of the goats yelled out "Hey, why don't you jump in the water and swim
You can prove how strong and brave you are, just like a king!"

The stubborn goat, too proud to refuse, jumped in the water with a splash
But he quickly realized it was too deep, and he couldn't get back
So he conceded, and took the bridge, learning a lesson that day
That stubbornness can lead him to trouble, if he doesn't watch his way.

REGRETS

Regrets, like a ghost, linger long
Nagging at us from the wrongs we've done
We can't change the past, no matter how hard we try
So many memories, filled with a sigh

Our hearts are heavy with sorrow and pain
For the wrong choices we've made again and again
We close our eyes and clench our fists
Hoping to forget the things we've missed

But regret is a persistent guest
It sticks with us, no matter how we try to rest
We can only try to learn and grow
From the mistakes we've made, long ago

Though we can't undo the things we've done
We can go forth, and make new ones
Living a life of lessons learned
And hope for a better future, in return.

GOOD MORNING

Rise and shine,
To start a day anew,
A morning of beauty
And a love so true.

The sun peeks through the clouds,
Bringing brightness to the sky,
A new day of adventure
To explore, just you and I.

The birds sing a song
Of joy and love so sweet,
Let us rise and go out,
And make the most of this day so complete.

This is the first time I'm dating a guy this short (same height with me)

Girls that date short guys, how do you cope?

It's like all the men in Nigeria are short angry
It's quite a shame, don't you agree?
That the men in Nigeria are so short, you see
No tall ones around, it's quite the plight
But fear not, other places have tall men alright

So if you're looking for a man tall and grand
You may have to search in a far-off land
But don't let that stop you from having fun
Cause you can find a tall man, somewhere in the sun!

OUR FAMILY

We are a family, so blessed and true
Our love for each other is strong and true
We laugh and smile and hug and kiss
Our bond keeps us together in the midst

We look out for one another, no matter what
In times of joy and in times of strife
No matter the challenge, we stand side by side
We are a family and that's our pride

We have each other's backs no matter the cost
Our love will never be lost
For each other, we'll always be there
Our bond is strong, it's without compare

So cherish each moment, each day and each hour
Our family's love will always be our power
We look to the future with hope and with grace
Our family bond will never be replaced.

HealthRe: Coffin Maker Caught Removing Drips From Patients In A Hospital In Cameroon (Pix) by NLPOET(m): 8:36pm On Jan 12, 2023
There once was a man who sold coffins
His business was booming and his profits were often
But what he didn't tell you was his true intention
Was to kill off the patients in the hospital with precision

He'd barge in with a casket and start to haggle
The patients would panic and begin to waddle
He'd snatch them up, put them in the box
And before anyone could stop him, he'd be off like a fox

He'd come back with a smile and a wave
The nurses and doctors all felt so brave
They'd ask him where he'd taken the patients
And he'd just laugh and say "To their fates!"

He'd continue to do this every single day
The poor patients never had much to say
Until one day, the police figured it out
The coffin seller was finally put in doubt

And so the moral of this story
Is to be wary of those who sell coffins in a hurry
For you never know what they may be up to
So watch out and don't trust them, that's the clue!

THE HAPPIEST CLOUD

I once saw a happy little cloud
Floating along in the sky so proud
It was smiling and giggling and singing a tune
What a sight to behold, it was quite a boon

The bright colors of its fluffy white frame
Glistened in the sunshine and made everything seem tame
It's happy little face lit up all around
It was the happiest cloud I'd ever found

The birds and the bees joined in its games
Twittering and buzzing and calling its name
The sun and the moon beamed in its joy
As the wind ruffled its feathers with a playful ploy

So the next time you feel like your heart is blue
Just remember that little cloud and its happy hue
For happiness is a choice that we all can make
And you can find it within, if you try and stay awake!

THE ANIMAL KINGDOM

There once was a group of animals
Who lived deep in the woods
Where they ran and they pranced
And made all kinds of sounds

The monkeys were jumping and flipping around
The elephants trumpeting, such a great sound
The lions were roaring, the tigers were too
The hippos were hiccuping, what else could they do?

The giraffes were stretching, the zebras were neighing
The bears were growling, completely unnerving
The foxes were sly, the rabbits were quick
The deer, they were leaping, so graceful and slick

The birds were singing, the snakes were hissing
The squirrels were scurrying, so fast it was frightening
The crocodiles were snarling, the turtles were slow
The rhinos were charging, with nowhere to go

So if you ever venture deep in the woods
Where these animals live, be sure to be good
Cause you never know who might be around
To make this wild adventure really profound!

HEARTBREAK

My heart is broken, my soul is torn,
I'm left here with nothing but pain and scorn.
The love that was once so beautiful and pure
Has now left me feeling so insecure.

My heart is aching, my eyes are red,
I'm struggling to keep my tears unshed.
The person I thought I could trust
Has left me feeling so full of rust.

My heart is numb, my spirit low,
I'm struggling to find a place to go.
The person I thought was my one and only
Has now left me feeling so lonesome and lonely.

My heart is shattered, my dreams are gone,
I'm left here alone and forlorn.
The love that I had so deeply held
Has now been replaced with emptiness and dread.

Today you turn twenty-seven,
Your life is full of joy and love,
Your friends and family too,

But what I want to say to you,

Though you may be getting older,

THE FUTURE
The future is here, but it is still unknown
The sun will rise and set, as it always has done
Every day is a mystery, a journey of surprise
Each moment a new adventure, a dream that defies

The world is ever-changing, sometimes for worse, sometimes for better
But one thing is certain, we must strive to be better
We must be kinder to each other, and help those in need
For only then, can our world be freed

Let us look to the future and all that it can bring
A world of peace and love and joy, not of suffering
A world where everyone is equal, and has the same rights
Where justice and harmony reign, and the darkness is put to flight

Let us look to the future and bravely carry on
Let us never give up hope, and always stay strong
For in the future, a new dawn awaits
And we will finally have the future we have always dreamed of creating.

Poetry

I love the way it speaks without words,
The way it speaks to my soul and stirs
The depths of emotion that I thought I had hidden,
The way it can evoke a feeling so forbidden.

It captures my soul with a single line,
It paints a picture that's so sublime.
It can evoke such powerful emotion,
And give words to my deepest devotion.

It's the perfect way to express my heart,
And it's a beautiful work of art.
It's a language that I can truly understand,
And it's something that I cherish in my hand.
