And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested. Where is the failure? Jabez wanted to expand his industry and business and asked God to help him do so in a way that would not bring evil. How does "enlarge my coast" mean poverty? |

2buffagain: Who says I'm not dating one right now? Dating is easy. Marriage is a longer thing. You need time to scan a person properly.
These things mentioned are floor-level requirements. Other things beyond just this determine marriageability. ok, let us know when somebody meets your requirements in a mate. |

lefulefu: In naija being God fearing means sleeping in the church 24/7,know how to cast and bind as in speaking in tongues and also be a slave to your pastor .that is what it means to be God fearing in nigeria . No, that means being religious, it doesn't translate as God-fearing even in Nigeria. |
Romance › Re: Naija Guys In Diaspora: Can You Marry A Non-nigerian For Real? by nlPoster: 10:56pm On Feb 21, 2020 |
2buffagain: Trust me I feel you on these points. The more beautiful nigerian women are the ones I see when I visit Naij, not really when I'm here.
Also, I wouldn't consider a naija woman here unless she is on an actual professional path...not some basic ish.
The fact that she is in a land with so much opportunity, yet decided it is basic ish she is going to be doing with herself tells me all I need to know about her. And I don't care about her talking about her dreams, bish needs to already be on that sh!t.
Team #PowerCouplesOnly. We don't play with broke girls.
I go still marry Nigerian woman las las as that fits into the vision. But she will have to be at least middle class all on her own so we can both combine powers and collectively move up, not down. As for you, since when have you been saying this, because some folks here seem to have been trying to marry for long. They are always listing what they want in a wife, yet they never marry, most don't even date. |

bolayei: Not all Nigerians abroad can marry Nigerian women. See it like this we love Nigeria but Nigerian is not conducive to live in. Same way we want to be with Nigerian women but compared to other women, Nigerian women are in the bottom of the food chain.
Nigerian women look too serious abroad Nigerian women always have one problem or another Nigerian women kiss their teeth(hissing) Nigerian depend on you for everything in a country full of opportunities Nigerian act inferior when in the same room as other nationalities Nigerian women always learn the common ways and mistake it as oyinbo way Nigerian women in Nigeria are more attractive than the ones I have seen abroad Same way you won't marry an illiterate in Nigeria same way we want to marry a woman with prospect not marry carers, cleaners, customer service attendance etc Nigerian women hardly integrate ok, thanks for your post. |

freedomest: From recent happenings, you can predict that the future of marriages may be soaked in DNA testing. But it is embarrassing to test a faithful and God-fearing lady, therefore, if you trust your partner so much, and if she has proven high level of faithfulness, no need for DNA testing. lefulefu: and how do u know ladies who are God fearing.even some ladies in the church have affairs with their pastors and the female choir members sleep with their choir masters.so forget that thing about God fearing. If you don't know if your girlfriend is God fearing then what are you doing during courtship? Besides, the op did not mention church. Being God-fearing and attending church are different things, this is how folks say they are deceived after they don't use their common sense. |

Mockery is part of the range of human emotions, however we should add kindness to our nature as well.
And don't mock someone who is down.
Then again, we need to be able to distinguish fake news because sometimes it's difficult to know what is fake and what is real.
Forgiveness is also important. |
