It is not cheaper than most emulsion paints to be honest with u. For a whole room you’ll spend 5-10k painting the room, which you might need to repaint every year, to match its initial beauty.
This product doesn’t need changing or renewal. If ever there’s stain on it, get soapy water and wash from the surface. You’re probably spending 10-15k to seal a wall and the glue at the back doest wear off…

Also, how electronics reacts to water, this product will react to flammable liquids like petrol(not alcohol) to the best of my knowledge.

Okay.
