This information can not come from France Embassy, are you sure your friend is not using an Agent for his family application? even when you go to TLS they will only request for the original copies of your children birth certificate and marriage certificate for venting. I have not heard nor seen France Embassy requsting for payment directly. All payment goes through TLS. Also i just check the embassy official email address and this is what poo up ''abuja-amba@diplomatie.gouv.fr.'' see another example of the embassy email address louis-amba@diplomatie.gouv.fr.
Professordi:
Good afternoon house. Please I need to confirm for my friend is in a very confused state. He is applied for french visa for his family (a wife and 3 children). Yesterday he got an email that they need to do documents verification for his all date of birth and marriage certificate and that each one cost is 250k. Please is this normal? Here is the screenshot of the content sent from email address: Visa.abuja-amba@diplomatie.houv.fr
Note: the email starts with capital V.

I tried calling but I was unable to reach them. I logged on to the Tlscontact account yesterday, and I was able to delete my account details. I logged in again and entered my details on the Tlscontact form and it works for me. But I used a different phone number.

As of yesterday January 2nd, the available dates start from January 2nd.

Travel / Re: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by nneteb(f): 4:27am On Dec 22, 2023
Please give me the name of the hotel you have used before, for me it was boldly written pay at the hotel, but this people tried to debit me and when money was not in the card, the cancelled the reservation. like for example i reserved a hotel for a friend that will come to Paris on the 1st of feb, on the reservation the hotel wrote that i will be debit on 17th of January.
sanyaolurilwan:
Well.....

I've used bookings.com a couple of times and I was never debited at all, check the hotel with the option "Pay at the property", then book it, but you'll still need to enter your USD card details to make the reservation.

Please has any one had issues via booking.com regarding accommodation reservation and the hotel will want to debit card after 3 days of applying, irrespective of the cancellation date that was stated by the hotel??

Travel / Re: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by nneteb(f): 5:07pm On Oct 24, 2023
You need to provide the number of your first biometric of your previous application you did for Schengen visa before this current one. Look for the previous biometric slip you will see the biometric number, i think that's what the embassy is requesting for.
jtboss:
My visa application was rejected by the French Embassy. On an attempt to submit a new application, I am required to provide information about whether my biometric data like fingerprint have ever been captured for the purpose of Schengen visa. Which for me, is suppose to be yes nevertheless I was not issued a visa. On the screenshot I shared in this post, they need me to provide the visa number and I have never been issued a visa and without providing a valid visa number I wouldn't be able to submit the application again. Please if you have a good suggestion on how to go about this, kindly share with me. Thank you so much.

Hello for your to be eligible for a talent passport, you have to get the following requirements,
* Gross annual pay of at least twice the statutory national minimum wage (SMIC), i.e. €41,933 as of May 1, 2023.
* A permanent employment contract or a fixed-term employment contract for at least three months with an employer established in France.
* A qualification equivalent to a master’s degree obtained in France.

if you meet the requirement for 1 and 2, item 3 might be an issue for you if you don't have a degree certificate obtained in France which is a most.

so you will need to apply for another type of passport.

I am a student in France and i know for someone to get a talent passport you most have the 3 requirements especially item 3
theHanafis:
Hi Guys!

I recently got a job in France and I'm applying for the French passeport talent visa. My host, the company will cover all cost (accommodation + cash on arrival + flight ticket + reimbursement of visa processing cost). I'm aware that I'm to provide travel document (passport), ID photograph, contract agreement from the host, and highest degree certificate as requested from the visa application site.

Do I need to ask my employer to book the flight before my appointment date in order to show travel itinerary?, and ask them for the paid 1-month accommodation?

Also, what other documents do I need? travel health insurance? if yes, can I apply for it online, make payment and printout a slip as evidence for the insurance?

Anyone with experience regarding passeport talent application?

I would be glad if someone could find time to provide me with some answers to my questions.

Hello everyone, I am trying to help a friend apply for a visa to France for her and her son. Her older sister recently lost her husband, so she is traveling to be with her sister. She has already been granted visas twice, but this time the embassy wants to see her biometric number, and the last time she applied was in 2012 when she was denied a visa. She is now unsure of where the biometric number is located. if i leave that area blank will there be any implication to her application?
