Jobs/Vacancies / Re: What Salary Range Can Make You Remain In Nigeria? by noalistic(m): 7:04am On Dec 10, 2022
Gentleswift:
was actually taking her serious, not until I saw those calculations. Another paper analyst who have close to zero knowledge about standards of living.

I understand one can be biased and try to be patriotic, hence we make funny argument and comparisons. Some of you are comparing a minimum wage job abroad to its naira equivalent in NIgeria and suddenly say Nigeria is better. Why not compare it to a minimum wage (33k) job in Nigeria and let's see the standard of life one will have here compared to abroad. Sure, most minimum wage earners abroad live in debts, so in Nigeria too but those one abroad still have access to better life (better electricity and water supply, cleaner environment, better healthcare, more access to loans and scholarships etc). If you really wanna compare, compare the average salary a doctor, cleaner, nurse, accountant etc earn abroad to what their counterparts earn in Nigeria and calculate the impact of their salaries on their standard of living and fulfilment level. It is wrong to compare the $2,000 a menial job worker earns to about N1.4m (700/$) just like that and say earning its naira equivalent in Nigeria is better because most people don't even earn that, not even highly skilled workers. You can try doing that same menial job in Nigeria and let's see if you will even earn up to 5% of that amount, lol.

Imagine, some people even using tax evasion as an advantage for Nigeria and yet you complain there are no basic amenities. You get what you give. Furthermore, some Nigerians are greedy, they wanna earn what they can't earn in their home country for a particular skillset and yet wanna enjoy the little or no tax they don't pay in Nigeria. How pathetic. Also, Nigerians want to build houses back home, remit money home and help as many family members as they can, so obviously, they will need to work more because the system abroad isn't designed for such heavy load. People in Eastern Europe are very conservative and less materialistic so they are contended with what they are getting. Some don't even mind not having a car and they are fulfilled with life (hence the high life expectancy there) but Nigerians want heaven and earth, never satisfied, hence their disappointment and lack of fulfilment.

My advice is that, have a proper plan and orientation if you wanna travel out. It's not easy anywhere. Money is not found littering the streets of Europe and America. Some people are not travelling out for economic or financial gains, they are already doing well but there is more to that in NIgeria of today. If money is the major problem, go into tech and get a remote job that pays in dollars and you will be balling in millions but funny enough, I have some friends like that and they have either japa or on their way to japa so money isn't everything.

Are you on drugz shocked

Nigerians who dominate prostitution in Europe (Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, France etc.) are:
1. Edo State
2. Ondo State
3. Lagos State
4. Kogi
5. Benue State
6. Cross River State
7. Akwa Ibom State
8. Osun State

Which one amongst those is an Igbo state

O pari

Ode, what about local prostitution? They are number one in every single state of the Federation. Local champions. Foreigners won't want to fvck a local pvssy

Igbo marriage is quite expensive but if you get what you paid for. An average Igbo girl raised in Igboland, by an Igbo mother, would not cheat on her husband. And she'll respect you whether you're rich or poor .... and no matter what you're going thru, she'll stand behind you and be your rock!

An average Yoruba woman would cheat on her husband without batting an eye. But then so are their men as well. Hence, both the wife and the husby would keep cheating and being cheat on grin

O pari

How come they dominate prostitution

Calling God a liar?.. how? Like seriously, why is it so difficult to scripturally back your side of the argument?... Why must your side of the argument always be "what the pastor said" and not "what the bible said"?.... And now you automatically equate what the pastor said to be "what God said".
Pastors take their quoting from Malachi 3:8-12 on tithing. So if you don't believe it then you are insinuating God is lying because the bible is God's word

You are a fool if u think things will just happen if you pay ur tithe without having faith that what God promises will come to pass. It's not automatic. Faith without works is dead and vice versa

I have been paying tithe o, and there is nothing to show for it. I will open window of heaven, I will rebuke devourer for your sake, yet nothing happened. These people should stop lying about tithe. Did tithe open have heaven for Dangote or open heaven for Buhari. All these pastors are about their pocket and pocket only, they are less concern about salvation.
You saying these people should stop lying means you are saying the bible (God) is lying. If nothing happened then it means you don't have faith. Feed on the word of God so that your faith can be strengthened

Don't mind them. As rusty as the SW is (so they claim), they still leave their paradise (so they Say) to trade ( their pussies) in search of the greener pastures their paradise can't give them. Even their girls see being prostitutes in the SW more lucrative than their economically dead region. They will always be refugees in the country seeking asylum everywhere including in our villages

What do we call development? An average Yoruba man can be successful in life (go to the best school, have access to the best hospitals, work in multinational companies, have access of travel out, import things into the country, etc) without stepping an inch outside yorubaland but that can't be said of almost people from the other geo political zones especially those from SE. So tell me which region is the most developed

Professor Education of the waste land. The largest city is Lagos better edit the thread title and include in terms of landmass.

Even in the so called land mass Gusau city is bigger than Ibadan.

And concerning Anambra being slightly bigger than Ibadan.

Here is my answer to you, The entire Southwest by landmass can be equated to Niger State alone

The southwest is bigger than Niger state with about 3k+ km2
and the south east is slightly bigger than Oyo State

Mtsw shut up. Ibadan is not even largest in Nigeria not to talk of Africa. Lagos remain the largest followed by Kano.
am sure you are an educated illiterate. In terms of population, Lagos, Kano and Ibadan are the largest cities in the country in that order but in terms of Landmass, Ibadan is not just the largest in Nigeria but in the whole West Africa. The size of Ibadan city is even almost the size of Lagos state and even Anambra state is just about a thousand km square larger than Ibadan. The OP said the fastest growing city not the the most developed city. This is the kind of education you'd get if you didn't school in Western Nigeria.

From the name u shall know them. The West side has been an haven of professionals even before Nigeria came into being unlike the developers who are professionals in hawking, robbing, drug trafficking, baby factory, prostitution (all na trading). They own 90% of properties in Lagos, Abj, PH and NY. They also control 90% business in Nigeria including prostitution, piracy, fake products and armed robbery.
