I have neighbours who I have closely watched for a while now. It's a syndicate that bring in people in 3 - 4 different vehicles. (usually one person at a time) accompanied by 2-3others in a vehicle they enter into their apartment 20-30mins later they all walk out and return the third party. I have asked people around my area what goes on in that room and I was told the vehicles move around like taxis, pickup unsuspecting individuals, brain wash them, take them into the room and after a while return them to where they picked them up from. Every one on the street seems to know, but no one talks about it. I do not have concrete evidence but it is obvious they are shady characters.

How do I tip off the authorities to investigate these people without getting involved?

You didn't go about it the right way. If truly you love her,let it show even in the way you express your displeasure. Correct her in love and do not report her to anyone. It is not okay for you to expose your relationship to third party influence or withold gifts because you feel she has done something wrong

How did they know? They went to their social media profile, lifted their picture, gave it a caption and ran with it.

People that are mourning? Nigerian press and bloggers have no regard or ethics. Anything for traffic.

Hi everyone, lemme go straight to the point.

I have a friend who graduated since 2016 in a federal university in the east and since then, up until now, she has been failing two particular courses; a year 3 and a year 4 course.

I adviced her to request for a remarking but she's scared to do so, according to her, what if she actually failed in which I told her it's practically impossible to fail a course for good 3 to 4 consecutive years to the extent of not even getting an "E"

To cut the long story short, according to her out of over a 100 students during her set, only less than 30 graduated!
Secondly, she didn't fail the two courses at once, it's either she fails one and the other gets missing or vice versa each consecutive year.

So guys, how do we solve this issue, is there any union or body that looks into issues like this? What would you advice us to do in this case
NB: she attends classes and has been paying school fees and dues all these years.
