The traditional way is usually on beach or river side but now a days an initiation can be done in an hotel room

Stage 1, you will be jazz to island as a lobber (non initiate) blindfolded
Island setting, which consist of lords both salted (graduate) and sailing (student) lords, a devil passage will be formed which is a straight line, on each side 11 salted lords and 11 sailing lords making 22 totally
