What IRCC does is to request for confirmation from a bank , the bank will not tell IRCC the current balance because its against the ethics of confidentiality however if the bank spots a doctored bal they will raise a red flag , but if as at the date of submission the bank bal is authentic the bank will acknowledge the authenticity of the statement as having come from the bank that why you have date and description to every transaction

Yea highlight is not altered but highlighting official document like bank statement is not right , You can quote a date of a transaction and description without highlighting hopefully this doesn't ring a wrong bell but next time its not advicable to tamper with official documents

Good afternoon gurus in the house, please I need you help on how I can address my situation. I got an email yesterday from Conestoga that my program has been revoke due to late/no payment and I have initiated Form A with Access Bank since August 23rd but I haven't been debited for the transaction to the school. The Bank has assured me that the transaction would be sent to the School within few days. Can the revoke be reversed when the school gets the payment or what do you advise me to do at this point if anyone of you have had this particular challenge before? I have been calling the School but the International admission office is not taking calls at the moment and the response I got from the email seems not to be addressing my questions.

If you have a proof from the bank that you will soon be debited mail that to the school explain the situation with the bank their answer to this will tell you either to stop the transaction or find out from the school if another course can be offered to you

Why will your company sponsor your study .with its resources? You need to proof this to the VO if it is not your family company.

If your mum has enough It will be better you use her details and yours. Also if the company can release the fund to your account stating why they have decided to assist you then it is a plus.

Sambless2013 yea a company can sponsor , what he will do is to get a letter from the company saying they are willing to sponsor him to get xyz additional knowledge which will enhance the optimal result in the company and with his outstanding performance they are in support and believe his coming out with good grades and with his acquired knowledge he can contribute to drive excellence in achieving company goals.
Then the directors or persons in charge will also write that here is attached company statement to show that funds will be available when needed .
If the company finance in the statement provided is not very much they can add that the company is taking up sponsorship for his tuition and flights , then he will show another letter of the mum being his primary sponsor and explain that she will take up his personal and living expensis while his own personal finance will be for any personal need .
So its possible and even makes more sense than the company paying in the money into his account

This is 2 years plus are you sure this application is still running maybe you should order your GCMS notes to know the current situation or if you have anyone there tell the person to help you inquire from the Mp of the place you intended to stay to know the situation about this because its obvious this applications a way past processing times

IRCC doesn't necessary need to tell anyone to leave Canada when you enter at the boarder your documents with your visa approval is updated then before it expires you are supposed to apply for extension Ircc may not tell you but its on the system , its when you have reason to contact IRCC that you will know how clean you are , remember in application form you sign to abide by all visa conditions which include not to over stay so after over staying once you send a new application to IRCC they will check history of your previous visa and if overstayed its not the best because it will affect the outcome except you have strong reasons to justify which from what you have written here is not strong .

Broilers as at today 19 September 2022 is on the all time highest price ever 700-740 per bird with prospect of moving higher , this is not the best time for poultry farmers even feed price is very high and if you take a look at 2015 all time broiler highest prices then it was around #150 per bird the question now is buying broilers at this 700-740 , buying feed at high cost what will be selling price during the Christmas sales , hmmmm

Hi, yes your spouse needs to do medical for SOWP. However if you want a short stay visa it should be VV you will need to apply for and he does not need medical if the stay will be less than 6months. Honestly, I really don't know how to show your spouse will return because in my VV application that was refused we showed everything like one month leave letter from work and all, aged parents to care for yet it was refused. I learned the new portal uses AI (Chinook or whatever they call it), hence the high refusal rate.

I don't know your reason for wanting your spouse to return however, when applying for sowp, it's best to say he will come to work to support you while you school, whatever he decides to do after they grant him his sowp is totally up to him.

For forms, when you apply for work permit as spouse of international student and fill your information, it will give you the compulsory documents you need to submit, another however is that most time the mandatory forms are barely enough. So you need to merge the other documents as a pdf and submit in the optional documents section.

Finally, I suggest you apply for SOWP in the gckey even when you are still here, who knows he may get it and who also knows things may change in the future and he decides to work and not leave Canada.

Sorry for asking did you put landed documents in your home ties that was rejected because I have someone that was rejected in October 2021 reason home ties , so this time he attached landed property ties , letter of leave and 10m plus pics of aged parents and he got approval

Read the reason for refusal that the group might not leave , you can see not only Yemi Alade but the group , like I said her PR team may have packaged many people on her list and this made the VO to reject it if it was only Yemi it will fly this is what many Agents do they will collect money and put your name on an Artist list and this may have been the reason for this rejection.

Nobody is defending anybody most musical artist don't apply for their visa you can go and confirm they have a PR Team who package their application to include all members travelling with them for any performance because they don't travel alone you can confirm, its not about defending anybody and if you don't know the VO reserves the right of who must visit or not its their country and they determine who comes and who goes its not about right or oppression

I have come to the realization that Canada is deliberately delaying visa application process and denying Nigerians based on Nationality and race.

The agent that she used may not have packaged her application to lead to this because he meets all the required criteria and she has enough travel evidence to show ,something must have gone wrong

If this is a naira card it will not go , it started since June 1 many Nigerian banks stopped clearing dollar bills with naira master card since dollar hit 600 , the best u can do is open a Dollar account with your bank , fund the account and it will go instantly
