Please read you bible very well, tongues are language that understood but non of those around the speaker might understand it. It is called foreign language not heavely. In your example the person you said he was in spirit and understood the pastor have GIFT OF INTERPRETATION OF TONGUES is in the bible i will add refrence when day break. The problem is that, the language may be from any part of the world so it very rare to come by those who understand it, but there were testimonies even outside the bible, where somebody around the speaker testified he was speaking in his local language

N1000 or N800 keh, check your previous bills, ikeja electricity company charge N13.25 per unit. New charge will be N13.25+N8= N21.25 which you will multiply with 150 or 200

is only better for them if they have prepaid meter. Ikeja electricity charges 13.5 per unit. Now plus increase of N8 new charge per unit is N21.5 imagine you consume 500 units. You bill will read 21.5¤500 =10,750 (excluding vat) instead of 13.5¤500=6,750 + 750 (fix charge)=7,500 (excluding vat)

This is not fair at all, most time phcn send 800 units to my 3 bedroom aprt at the rate of 13.5 per unit, this is amount to N10800 plus 750 and vat the total is around 12k. Now with the increase , rate per unit will be 13.5+8= 21.5 ¤800=17200 +850 (vat) = 18K plus. We need prepaid meter

No school will admit u for PHD without transcript. You must have at least average grade of 60% in ur master for direct PHD, other you be required to do some courses before u can enroll for PHD proper
