Where can I get a desulphator? I also need an affordable panel that can put out more than 24V on average to push charge through to a 24v battery setup. |
vimi:Dude, we already have access to a fossil fuel, coal, which is laying ideal. Can we start with coal first, from Enugu? I'm sure we can get about 50,000MW from coal alone. Then when you add dams, gas and maybe renewables in the north and on the shore lines, we'll probably be self sufficient, or at least close enough. |
sinizia:Lol, it's beyond real! We just have to make sure we do our part to educate as well, phew! |
Yo, GEJ is not the president anymore, how bout u stop talking bout him. |
Coming from a man who shut down everywhere for just a birthday celebration! A new Nigeria? Or just the same Old wine in an even older skin? Anyways, I'll always hope for d best. |
Dnarvaez:I'm very sorry to say this, but a lot of Nigerians are very daft, including this nigggah here. Nigerias problem seems to be that it's population consists of more daft people than sane ppl, like this nigggah here. I just read a thread on the front page about GEJs pic in the airport and another daft soul was going on with criticism about how he was walking alone, entirely confusing the topic of discussion. You would think such comment won't get any like, but as always, there was an army of daft ppl who poured in likes on the comment that was obviously a grave error in the eyes of sane minds. Guy please, don't be daft. |
I really believe GEJ was badly sabotaged, although I rate him like 75%. This scarcity issue is just another piece of evidence. I remember like 2 years ago, when there was a very mild scarcity, the presenter on the radio station was like "Please don't bring scarcity ooo, Lagosians are used to driving into stations and buying their petrol stress free" I remember how there was always scarcity in my childhood, fuel was like gold then, same for these last few weeks, but during the majority of his tenure, some stations would be so free that you'd just drive in, buy petrol, buy some snacks from tfc and drive out. My spidey senses are tingling, I'm not convinced ![]() |
goofyone:Well, let's wait and see. Would it even be logical for the president of the most populous black nation to expose himself like that? Food for thought. |
He should fly economy as the president, then I'll be impressed. None of this shhh matters till then. |
rottennaija:It carries a small fridge but no Ac and lasts for about 6-8 hours, with only 2 batteries. I could get more time If I add 2 more batteries in parallel, but we have a gen that covers down time. My goal though is to be free from PHCN and only run the gen for 2-4 hours a day max, if need be, like on cloudy or rainy days. The new system I'm designing though would carry two small 1hp Acs, with load shedding amongst the Acs. I'm thinking I'll need at least 8 250 watt panels for that, maybe a bit more. For now though, I'm just gonna get 1 250 watt panel to help charge the batteries and prevent early battery failure. As I get more money, I'll add more panels and get a high wattage inverter that would power the Acs. That's like my 1 year plan. |
TonySpike:Lol ![]() Dis nigggah just made my day. Terrain peculiarity? Hehehe! Like say na only Naija get terrain and overhead bridges, lol. |
No kine story wey pesin no dey hear for Naija, smh! I shouldn't corrupt police ![]() Oh my days! |
Who no like London ![]() Abeg free baba, please, make in go madam tussauds go make statue. |
Big shame to the marketers if this narrative is true, sigh! |
OreMI22:God bless you my brother! Even America has a large share of coal as a power source, like 40% and we are here with coal sitting idle. Its just sad men. Has anyone ever heard of coal pipelines being vandalized? Lol! Of course there's nothing like that, so there'd be no excuses not to generate power smoothly. This country is made up of a lot of daft leaders, sorry to say. |
rottennaija:Dude, that is the way to go men. God willing, I will install my first set (250-500 watts) this year to charge the inverter batteries I already have. Next year, I'll up it to 2000-3000 watts. I mean the sun is always shinning in Lagos, that's free energy yo! Once I get to 5kw-7kw, I will burn that MAINS cable from the useless power company, nonsense ![]() |
NgeneUkwenu:You guys are grave Behind lickers. Like are you guys for real? How can someone who incurred that amount of debt be so intelligent when you can't even place your finger on what it was used for? Where is the light rail for instance? A system that was to be in operation by June 2013, that's like 2 years ago, smh ![]() |
yimikaa:So the man with the most debt is now viewed as intelligent? Chai! Sycophancy is real |
Some idiotic Nigerians are now on this thread forming patriots, disgusting. Just take the L nigggahs and learn or prove them wrong, but nooooo, they come here to shout racists, lol. Tell me what is worse, another race hating you, or you guys hating yourselves? Was it not Oba of Lagos that was recently threatening to throw his own race inside the Lagoon Dumb murrafuckers.I swear, most blacks are used to division, even in US, you have bloods, krips (whatever they call themselves) killing each other over bs. I hate this country, straight up! I think there should be a policy where every child, no matter where they are, must go to school. |
Hehe, so it's just now he needs to find out the state of affairs ![]() I thought Buhari and APC already knew what was wrong with everything in Nigeria and how to fix it. Besides, these guys had been raining heavy criticism on GEJ during the campaign period, now you get them in the same room and suddenly, baba don't have nothing to say ![]() |
DeeOneBangin:Dude, I adopted that philosophy long ago, but I still got caught in Lagos. Had a full tank when this bs started, but haven't found where to refill without black market (I aint buying black market). I guess the safest thing to do would be to fill and keep extra kegs when there is a rumor of scarcity. I wouldn't advice keeping kegs on a regular day though, except for gens, due to the extreme flammability of petrol. |
I am ready to buy fuel initially at 150 naira per liter for this subsidy to go far, far away. Infact, up it to 180 per liter with no scarcity ever again in the history of the country and I'll pay. At least we could still be productive and ration things out. With subsidy removed though, I don't even think prices will get that high. Bottom line, remove subsidy NOW!! No more this person is owing that to this person, nmba, no! Just import the fuel and we will pay full price untill the refineries start working abeg, too much shakara, mtcheww! |
adetona99:It's getting real bad men! At this point, I won't mind paying up to 150 per liter with regular supply. |
After queuing for 3 days straight with no luck, you also might just be like, "fvck it!" ![]() https://dailymail.com.ng/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/11114169_845887555466108_3861213020838220530_n.jpg |

OP nice! Some have turned to religion ![]() trying to convert water to petrol... but I don't think God works magic, hehe, only deserving miracles ![]() https://www.bellanaija.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/Anti-Fuel-Subsidy-January-2012-BellaNaija-016.jpg |

Not that I agree with the OPs line of thought, but, I just have couple questions... Will Buhari pay subsidy claims ![]() If he does, wouldn't that go against what he believes in ![]() If he doesn't, then are we screwed ![]() |
not a bad write up at all, but I wouldn't follow everything. For instance, picking her up all the time if she lives far away is a no no for me. Say I live at Ikeja and she lives at Festac, I really wouldn't drive to Festac more than once or twice. I'd rather pay for a taxi service to bring her safely to me. Also, some girls are now paying for dates, I was shocked when it happened to me, shocked I tell ya! |
Chai! That ur breakfast strong oo Bread, Akara and two pure water |
