I saw that part and understood it clearly. The controversy is that, the tribunal refused to give a consequential order removing the governor. Based on this judgement, that is what the tribunal should have done.

And please note, that the tribunal ordered the removal of a governor does not mean he will vacate his seat immediately. Vacation of seat only happens after all the appeals window have been exhausted. That is the position that the SAN you quoted canvassed.

It's really good to read in the news that the two major parties in this case will be heading to the appeal court. It's now the duty of the appeal court to clear the judicial mess created by the tribunal.

Going forward, APC should also report the tribunal chairman and members to the NJC for possible sanction. It is gross incompetence for a tribunal to cancel election in 18 local governments and still refuse to remove the governor despite the provisions of the electoral act that stipulates that a candidate must win 25% of votes in 2/3rd of the LGA's.

Does he at all know the origins of Hezbollah or Hamas and why they were created in the first place? Does he know why Iran supports them? Does he know that Iran and Hezbollah are actively engaged fighting ISIS?
Why has he saved such vitriol and misguided rhetoric for Iran when the chief sponsor of terror and Facilitator Número Uno of ISIS is the autocratic and Wahhabist government of Saudi Arabia?
About other Muslim countries not doing more in taking in their people though, he's right. About how this chaos in Syria and Iraq is somehow the machinations of Iran, he couldn't be more wrong!
