Same Multi choice partners with BskyB to beam Sky news and other programs to the African audience

Now using your logic, can I say CNN and Sky are the Same company because Multichoice have partnership with them to beam their signal to an African audienc?

Because neither Endemol who are the creators of Big brother (a Dutch company) nor showmax a SouthAfrican company have the same owners nor shareholders.
